Small, very busy law firm is looking for a paralegal who is eager to learn, has an eye

for detail and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. Initially a 3-day per week position with the

potential to become full time for the right individual. Our firm exclusively represents public

The Project Assistant is expected to provide staffing and management support and assistance to DRS

Management in order to ensure the smooth staffing and operation of document review projects. The

sourcing, receiving, supporting, and exiting of contracted personnel is a key component of the position.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved training program is preferable but not required.

Strong process and personnel management background with 2 -3 years’ experience in progressive positions of responsibility.

Candidates need to be detail-oriented, have a flexible work schedule and demonstrate excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to become familiar with the procedures, terminology and documents relating to complex litigation matters.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and index case-related documents.

Ability to work effectively and proactively within a team environment.

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and databases.

Strong time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.
