DAY 1 – USA- ITALY Depart from the US, beginning your unforgettable Faith Journeys to Italy!

DAY 2 – ROMEBenvenuti a Roma! You will be warmly greeted by your Perillo Tours Faith Journeys Tour Manager and transferred to your hotel. Spend the afternoon at leisure in the “Eternal City.”

Welcome dinner at a local restaurant, featuring the best of Roman Cuisine. DAY 3 – ROMEToday we will enjoy a full - day guided tour of Rome. We make our way to the Catacombs, the underground burial site of the early Christians. After our visit, we will step back in time to visit “Ancient Rome,” including the Forum and the Coliseum. Its’ real name was the Flavian Amphitheater after the emperors who built it in the first century after Christ. Coliseum refers to the “colossal” statue of Nero that at one time stood at the entrance.

In the afternoon, there are visits to three major basilicas in Rome, St. Mary Major,

St. John Lateran and St. Paul Outside the Walls. This evening you will enjoy a special dinner at a trattoria, Roman style.

DAY 4 – ROME/ASSISIDepart Rome for a scenic transfer to Assisi, the town of beloved St. Francis. Today we visit this medieval town, infused with mystical spirit. We begin with Mass at the Tomb of St. Francis. Later, we enjoy a tour of the Basilica of St. Francis, led by one of the Franciscan monks. We continue with a walking tour of the city, visiting the major sites associated with Saints Francis and Clare, including the Chiesa Nuova, built over the home of Francis’ family and the Church of San Rufino, with the baptismal font of the Saint and the Basilica of St. Clare. This evening we will enjoy a special dinner.

DAY 5 – ASSISI/SIENA/TUSCANYMorning departure for Siena, located in the central Italian region of Tuscany. Siena is a medieval walled city that still retains much of its charm. Visit the Piazza del Campo and the Cathedral. Afternoon arrival into Florence Area. Welcome to your Tuscan Villa with a wine tasting and appetizers.

DAY 6 – FLORENCEWalking guided tour of the city including visits to the Duomo, Santa Croce Church and see the famous status of “David” by Michelangelo. Dinner and overnight at a Tuscan Villa.

DAY 7- TUSCANY Morning at leisure in Tuscany. Afternoon optional cooking class featuring traditional Tuscan cuisine. DAY 8 – FLORENCE/PADUA/VENICE Today we depart for a visit to Padua enroute to Venice. We will visit the Scrovegni Chapel (Cappella degli Scrovegni), with its priceless frescoes by Giotto. The next stop is The Basilica of St. Anthony of Padua (known simply as Il Santo), which dates back to the 1200s. Early evening arrival into the magical city Venice! DAY 9 –VENICEWake in the famous “floating city.” Today, enjoy a city walking tour including St. Mark’s Square, the Bridge of Sighs and a visit to the Dodges Palace. Off to the island of Murano to view a time honored tradition, glass blowing.

DAY 1- DEPART FROM THE USEnroute to Italy!!

DAY 2- ARRIVE IN ITALY Welcome to Italy, Perillo Style! Arrive into Rome where you will be met by your Perillo Tours Faith Journeys Tour Manager. Relax or spend time exploring Rome. This evening we will enjoy a festive welcome dinner featuring Roman cuisine, accompanied by wine and music.

DAY 3- ROME/PAPAL AUDIENCE Today will be a truly memorable day. This morning we will go to Vatican City to attend the weekly Papal Audience and Blessing given by His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI. Following the audience, we will visit the Sistine Chapel where you will see Michelangelo’s Masterpiece, the restored mural of the Last Judgment. Later, we visit the largest church in Christendom, St Peter’s. Marvel at Pieta and Bernini’s amazing bronze canopy. The rest of your day is free to enjoy the Eternal City.

DAY 4- ROME/CHRISTIAN ROMEAlthough, our focus today is on “Christian Rome” we will also see many important cultural sights around Rome. The tour includes three major Basilicas: St. Mary

Major, one of the oldest shrines dedicated to the Blessed Virgin; The Basilica of St. John in Lateran, the former residence of the Popes prior to their return to Rome in 1377 and St. Paul Outside the Walls, which houses the remains of St. Paul under its main altar. We will also see the ancient Baths of Caracalla, Arch of Drusus, Chapel “O’Domine Quo Vadis,” Tomb of Celilia Metella, and the Catacombs of St. Callixtus where the early Christians hid themselves to escape persecution. Dinner and overnight in Rome. DAY 5- ROME/SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDOThis morning depart from Rome and head southeast to San Giovanni Rotondo, in the Apulia Region. We arrive in San Giovanni, the home of Padre Pio. In the afternoon, we will celebrate Mass in the Basilica of Padre Pio. Dinner and overnight in the San Giovanni Rotondo area. DAY 6- MONTE SANT ANGELOToday we’ll visit the tomb of Padre Pio, tour the sanctuary and see the crucifix from which he received the stigmata in 1918. You will see the confessional where Padre Pio spent time with a multitude of pilgrims, directing them on their journey toward

God. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gargano Peninsula and a visit to the Grotto of Michael the Archangel. Six different Popes, St. Francis and at least four other Saints have knelt in prayer at this grotto, seeking the protection of St. Michael. A panoramic view of the ocean and the surrounding countryside awaits you at this most celebrated shrine of early Christianity, a shrine consecrated by St. Michael in 490. Return to San Giovanni Rotondo for devotions and reflection. DAY 7- ASSISIToday we will travel to Lanciano to see the eighth-century Eucharistic Miracle in the Church of Lagontial. After expressing doubts about Christ’s true presence in the consecrated host, a monk found himself holding a host that changed into flesh and wine that changed into blood. Next we follow the lush Adriatic coast to the great Marian shrine of Loreto to visit the Holy House of Nazareth and the beautiful Madonna of Loreto. More than 50 popes have made a pilgrimage to the house transported by angels to this hill in central Italy in 1294. Celebrate Mass at the Shrine in Loreto, then transfer for dinner and overnight in Assisi.

WHAT’S INCLUDEDDAY 8- ASSISIAfter breakfast we’ll celebrate Mass and visit the tomb of St. Francis followed by a guided visit of Assisi. Explore the quaint hilltop birthplace of St. Francis that still retains the atmosphere of the early 1200s, the period when St. Francis began his ministry. Contained within the 13th-century Basilica are many of his possessions and a series of frescoes depicting his life. You may kneel before the crucifix from which Jesus spoke to St. Francis, asking him to rebuild the church. After stopping at an outdoor cafe with a view of an ancient Roman temple, we’ll go to the Church of St. Clare to see the Saint’s incorrupt body. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Assisi.

DAY 9- SIENAToday our travels take us to the beautiful town of Siena, one of Italy’s loveliest medieval cities, and the birthplace of Saints Catherine and Bernardine. Here we will stroll the Piazza Del Campo, one of Italy’s finest squares and visit the Cathedral and the Basilica of St. Francis, containing the miraculous consecrated hosts that have remained intact since 1730. Enjoy a festive farewell dinner and overnight in Assisi

DAY 10- ROMEIn the early morning we will depart Assisi for the Rome airport and our return flight to the US. As we leave with our new friends and wonderful memories, we fondly say Ciao Italia!

THE MARIAN SHRINES10 DAYS/8 NIGHTS TO PORTUGAL, SPAIN & FRANCE

DAY 1 –USA- PORTUGALDepart from the US, beginning your unforgettable Faith Journey.

DAY 2 -LISBON/FATIMA We arrive in Lisbon, where we are warmly greeted by our Perillo Tours Faith Journeys Tour Manager. Enjoy an orientation tour of Lisbon before departing for Fatima. This evening, we celebrate Mass at the Church of the famous Eucharistic Miracle at Santerem (based upon availability.) Balance of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

DAY 3 - FATIMAThis full day is devoted to visiting the Basilica and Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima and the birthplaces of Francisco, Jacinta and Lucia to whom the Virgin appeared for the first time on May 13th, 1917. In the evening, we join the Rosary and candlelight procession. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

DAY 4 - FATIMA/SANTIAGO de COMPOSTELA Today we depart Fatima, passing by the ancient capital and university city of Coimbra, where Lucia, the only living Fatima visionary is a cloistered nun. We

continue northwards into Spain and on to Santiago de Compostela, one of the most famous shrines in the western world. This is the site of the ancient pilgrimage to the Shrine of St. James. Tradition holds that the Apostle James was cast ashore here preaching for seven years and being responsible for the conversion of Spain before returning to the Holy Land. The Cathedral dating back to the 11th - 13th centuries with its splendor, and the portico are masterworks of Romanesque art. On arrival this afternoon, we enjoy a visit to the Cathedral and the Old City. While dinner is included at our hotel, the adventurous might consider enjoying the varied delights of the Galatian restaurants in the nearby Old City.

DAY 5 - SANTANDERFollowing our walk to Mass at the Cathedral of Santiago, we return to our hotel for breakfast and then head east to Santander along one of the many “Routes of St. James.” While this is our longest coach day, you will be in awe of the wonderful scenery of mountains and sea as our roads hug the northern Spanish seacoast. Lunch on our own is taken along our route. Dinner and overnight in Santander.

DAY 6 - LOURDESThis morning following Mass in a local parish church, we continue eastward along the Basque coast via San Sebastian and cross the border into France. In late afternoon, we arrive in Lourdes for dinner before joining the Torch Light Pilgrim’s Procession.

DAY 7 - LOURDESFollowing Mass and a morning orientation visit to the Shrine of Lourdes, we experience a walking tour of Lourdes, visiting Boly Mill, where St. Bernadette was born, the Cachot, formerly used as a jail and where she lived during the apparitions, and the parish church. This afternoon is free for private devotions, Eucharistic Procession, the Blessing of the Sick or the legendary, healing waters of the miraculous Lourdes Spring. Following dinner at the hotel, we may once again participate in this evening’s candlelight procession.

DAY 8 - LOURDES/PARISThis morning, we depart Lourdes for Pau, where we board a short flight to Paris. On arrival, we are met and transferred to our hotel for dinner and overnight. The balance of the day is at leisure.

WHAT’S INCLUDEDDAY 9 - PARISThis morning following Mass at the Miraculous Medal Shrine of St. Catherine Laboure, we tour the sites of Paris, including a visit to the most enduring symbol of the French capital, the Notre Dame Cathedral on the Ile de la Cité. While here, we also make a stop at the Holy Chapel believed to hold relics, including nails and pieces of wood from the Cross of Calvary. As part of our tour, we pass by the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and travel down the famous Champs-Elysees. We conclude our day with a visit to the Louvre, where those wishing to stay for an evening browse may do so seeing the Mona Lisa and Michelangelo’s Pair of Slaves. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

DAY 10 – PARIS- USAWe transfer to the airport for our flight home with unforgettable memories to cherish always.

JOURNEY OF ST. PAUL10 DAYS/8 NIGHTS TO GREECE AND TURKEY

DAY 1 - DEPARTUREDepart from the US, beginning your unforgettable Faith Journeys.

DAY 2 - THESSALONIKIWe arrive in Athens this morning and transfer to our short flight to Thessaloniki. Upon arrival in Thessaloniki, you will be warmly greeted by your Perillo Tours Faith Journeys Tour Manager. Enjoy a short sightseeing tour of this famous port city. We drive up to the old town to see the place where St. Paul preached the gospel to the Thessalonians. Then we visit St. Demetrius Church, the White Tower, the Arch of Gallerius and get into the spirit of this fabulous town. Welcome dinner at a local restaurant featuring Northern Greek cuisine.

DAY 3 – PHILIPPI/THESSALONIKOur full day excursion takes us along the ancient route of St. Paul, through mountain passes and plains on the traces of the Old Egnatia Avenue. We continue to Ancient Philippi, where Paul established the first church in Europe. Weather permitting, we celebrate an outdoor Mass at Philippi at the traditional site where Paul baptized Lydia. We then continue on a short drive to Kavala on the site of ancient Neapolis,

where Paul landed on the way to Philippi before returning to Thessaloniki in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

DAY 4 - THESSALONIKI/VERIA/VERGINA/KALAMBAKAThis morning following Mass at a local parish church, we depart Thessaloniki and drive through the plains of Thessaly, visit the legendary home of the Greek Gods and continue on to Veria (Beroea of the New Testament) where Paul visited en route to Athens and the Scriptures say the people were “more noble than in Thessaloniki.” Paul and Silas were taken here after the Thessaloniki pagans attacked them. We then visit Vergina a modern town in Greece and the location of the ancient capital of the Macedonians, called Aigeai. We end in Kalambaka with dinner and overnight.

DAY 5 - KALAMBAKA/ATHENSThis morning we continue to nearby Meteora whose pillar-like rocks provide an amazing site. The Meteora (meaning “suspended rocks,” “suspended in the air,” “in the heavens above”) is one of the largest and one of the most important complexes of Eastern Orthodox Monasteries in Greece. The six Monasteries

are built on natural sandstone rock pillars at the northwestern edge of the Plain of Thessaly. Afterwards we precede south getting on the highway and catching a glimpse of Mt. Olympus proceeding through the towns of Lamia and Larissa. On arrival in Athens, we celebrate Mass at the Cathedral of St. Dionysius. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

DAY 6 - ATHENS/PIRAEUS/CRUISE We are transferred from our hotel to the seaport of Piraeus where we board our cruise ship for our three-day cruise to the Greek Islands and Turkey. We celebrate Mass aboard ship. That same afternoon, we arrive at the island of Mykonos with its whitewashed houses and winding streets. We are free to explore this picturesque island, startling white against the multi-hued sunset. Dinner and overnight aboard our ship.

DAY 7 - EPHESUS (Kusadasi)/PATMOSThis morning our ship docks in Kusadasi where our excursion takes us first to the Temple of Diana, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Some of the most spectacular ruins of the world are to be found in Ephesus, the city to whom St. Paul wrote his famous epistle. Early Christian

tradition also believes that Mary, the Mother of Our Lord also lived here with St. John. We continue to Mary’s House where we celebrate Mass. We return to our ship for lunch where we continue on to Patmos, which was considered sacred and is often referred to as the “Jerusalem of the Aegean.” It was here that the St. John the Evangelist received the inspiration for the Apocalypse. Our excursion visits the Monastery of St. John, a huge fortress-like building dating from the 11th century. We also visit the grotto, where tradition says that St. John wrote the Book of Revelation. We return to our ship and overnight.

DAY 8 - SANTORINIThis morning we arrive at Santorini, the island thought by many to be the lost continent of Atlantis. Here we can choose to ascend the steep cliffs optionally by cable car or donkey or the very hardy may ascend by foot. Atop we will find the village with typical island houses and narrow streets with interesting shops. Dinner and overnight aboard our ship.

DAY 9 - PIRAEUS/CORINTH/ATHENSUpon arrival in Piraeus, we disembark and drive to nearby Athens for a visit to the legendary Acropolis. We see the chief jewel of the Acropolis - the Parthenon, the Temple of Winged Victory, the Propylea and the Erechteum with its peerless Porch of Maidens. Beneath the Acropolis is the Areopagus or Mars Hill. This is where St. Paul made his famous “Men of Athens” speech revealing his considerable knowledge of Greek philosophy and character. Afterwards, we drive along the coastal highway to Corinth, with a splendid view of the Aegean Sea. After a short stop at the Corinth Canal which connects the Aegean and Ionian Seas, we arrive in Ancient Corinth. We visit the ruins of Corinth, where St. Paul worked with Aquila and Priscilla. Included are the first century shops, the Agora, Temple of Apollo and the Bema Seat. Conditions permitting, we celebrate Mass on the very site where St. Paul preached. We return to Athens and check in to our hotel. We have the opportunity to enjoy the culinary delights of Athens tonight at our farewell dinner at a local taverna. Overnight in Athens.

DAY 10 - ATHENS/USAThis morning we transfer to the airport for our return flight home.

DAY 1 – USA- TEL AVIVDepart from the US, beginning your unforgettable Faith Journeys.

DAY 2 - TEL AVIVUpon arrival in Tel Aviv you will be warmly greeted by your Perillo Tours Faith Journeys Tour Manager and transferred to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3 - TEL AVIV/TIBERIASWe begin our pilgrimage with a visit to Caesarea, capital of the Roman Procurators of Judea before continuing on to Mt. Carmel, where Elijah called on God to defeat the Priests of Baal. This afternoon we visit Nazareth, the boyhood home of Jesus and the place where Mary received the message from the Angel that she would conceive and bear a son and call him Jesus. We celebrate this event with Mass at the beautiful Church of the Annunciation. Finally we visit Cana, the town of Jesus’ first miracle and have an opportunity to renew our marriage and vocational vows before proceeding to our hotel along the Sea of Galilee for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4 - TIBERIAS This morning we take a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum, then visit Tabgha and the Church of Primacy. We pray at the Mount of Beatitudes, overlooking the beautiful Sea of Galilee. This afternoon we make the exciting drive to the summit of Mt. Tabor for a magnificent view of the plains of Esdraelon and celebrate Mass at the Basilica of the Transfiguration on Mt. Tabor. Finally, we stop at the River Jordan to renew our Baptismal vows before we return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5 - TIBERIAS/JERUSALEMThis morning we follow the Rift Valley that runs parallel to the Jordan, following the route Jesus most frequently traveled to Jerusalem. We visit ancient Jericho at the excavated Tel; see the ruins of the ancient city, Elisha’s Fountain, Mount of Temptation and the Jordan Valley. We continue to Qumran and the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Afterwards, we make a stop at the clear yet salty waters of the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. Finally, we visit Lazareth’s Tomb and celebrate Mass at the Church of Martha and Mary before making our thrilling entry into

Jerusalem and conclude at our hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6 - JERUSALEMToday we drive to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of Jerusalem. Visit the Church of Pater Noster, the Church of Dominus Flevit - where Jesus wept over Jerusalem and where we celebrate Mass. We then proceed to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations. We drive through the Kidron Valley passing the Tombs of Absalom, Zecariah and St. James. Visit the Pool of Siloam and the Church of St. Peter of Gallicantu (Caiaphas’ House.) This afternoon we enter the Old City through the Zion Gate on the way to the Western (Wailing) Wall where we have time to pray. Visit the Dome of the Rock on the Temple Mount. Visit the Church of St. Anne, the Pool of Bethesda, Pilate’s Judgment Hall, the Chapel of the Flagellation, Lithostrotos, Arch of Ecce Homo (Behold the Man.) We then carry the cross as we pray the Stations of the Cross along the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 7 - JERUSALEMThis morning our excursion begins in

Bethlehem and the Church of the Nativity that commemorates the birth of Christ. We visit Manger Square, the Manger and proceed to Shepherd’s Field where we celebrate Mass in the beautiful grotto church of the Franciscan’s. Afterward we visit the New City of Jerusalem, Mount Zion, the Upper Room, the Tomb of King David and Dormition Abbey. This afternoon we visit the Model City of Jerusalem in Jesus’ time, Ein Karem and the Church of the Visitation where Mary visited Elizabeth, the birthplace of John the Baptist. We pass by the Knesset (Israel Parliament). We return to the Old City for a brief time, free for shopping or personal exploration before returning to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 8 - JERUSALEM/MASADA/AMMANThis morning we travel to Masada. This was the mountaintop fortress of King Herod where from 70-73 AD, the Jewish defenders made the last stand of the Jewish revolt against Rome. We see the remains of storehouses, cisterns and a sixth century Byzantine Church. Later on we cross the Allenby Bridge into Jordan. We travel to Amman for dinner and overnight.

DAY 9 – AMMAN/JERASHThis morning we visit the sites of Amman including the Roman Amphitheater and Citadel. Continue to the beautiful ruins of Jerash, one of the Decapolis Cities, perhaps the best preserved and most complete provincial Roman city anywhere in the world. We also visit the archeological dig at Tel Safut. Finally we spend some time at the Jordan Archaeological Museum. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

DAY 10 - AMMAN/PETRAThis morning we depart Amman and travel south tracing the steps of Lawrence of Arabia along the famous Kings Highway on our way to the wonderful Rose City of Petra, the awesome city the Nabataean Arabs carved out of the rock four hundred years before Roman rule. It could be defended by a handful of men because access was limited to the narrow fissure known as the “siq.” We will travel that same way and the way Indiana Jones entered in search of the Holy Grail in the Stephen Spielberg classic The Last Crusade. We can either walk or travel part way by horseback. Dinner and overnight in Petra.

DAY 11 - PETRA/MADABA/MT. NEBO/AIRPORTAfter breakfast, we visit Kerak Castle.

Continue to Madaba & Mt. Nebo where we will celebrate our farewell Mass. Afterwards we will celebrate dinner at Khan Zaman Restaurant before we head to Alia Airport for our overnight flight home.

DAY 12 - USAWe arrive home with the unforgettable memories to cherish. Knowing that we have walked in the footsteps of Jesus and the early Christians will bring new meaning to our faith because of such a memorable journey.

to spend an additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at owner’s risk. The right is reserved to decline, to accept or retain any person as a member of these trips at any time. In any such event, Perillo Tour’s sole obligation is to refund for any unused accommodations or other trip features. Passenger certifies not to have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers.

Perillo Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary or trip features at any time and for any reason, with or without notice and/or to substitute airlines or hotels of a similar category for those listed in this brochure, and Perillo Tours shall not be liable for any such changes.

By your knowing the above, you can purchase the Perillo Protection Plan and there will be no misunderstanding before, during or after your vacation.

From time-to-time a tour departure may be cancelled for lack of participation. In such a case, the operator’s sole responsibility is to provide a refund without any other liability whatsoever. Operator will have no further responsibility for any conjunction tickets, non-refundable or otherwise.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions, to the Responsibility Clause, to the brochure, or any other information relating in any way to the trip, or to the trip itself, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in New Jersey, in accordance with the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association then existent.

Upon payment of a deposit, tour participant indicates acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions and of the Arbitration Agreement.

OPTIONAL TOURS. Traditionally, tour directors make available for purchase a series of optional excursions and other activities to fill in free days and evenings. As a result, Perillo Tours is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity or of any third party. Tour members are also subject to the terms and conditions set forth on their airline, rail or cruise line ticket. These conditions are available upon request.

You may see the name PERILLO TOURS affixed to motor vehicles, on signs around the hotel or elsewhere. This use of our name is purely for reasons of identification and does not denote ownership, supervision, or control by Perillo Tours in any way.

In addition and without limitation, Perillo Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Also be advised that foreign air-conditioning systems in public places, hotels and motorcoaches are not up to U.S. standards.

BAGGAGE. Each tour member is limited to one large suitcase and one small carry-on due to limited baggage area on buses. Some airlines are now charging for all checked luggage as well as overweight suitcases. Please check your airline’s website for current information.

As Perillo Tours cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged luggage, the Perillo Protection Plan outlined below is highly recommended.

SINGLE ROOMS. A limited number of single rooms are available at the supplement rate shown for each tour. While single rooms provide privacy, they are often smaller than twin bedrooms and sometimes poorly located, especially in older hotels.

TRIPLE ROOMS. Are available on some tours. They usually consist of a twin bedded room with an additional folding bed or cot for the third person. This may not be comfortable for three adults.

CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE. Because of the extraordinary savings being offered, if you cancel your reservations, the penalties shown below will apply depending on the length of time remaining before departure. Your right to receive a refund is limited. All cancellations and refund requests must be sent to us in writing and are subject to the following cancellation charges which are based on the price of the tour and the number of weeks prior to departure we receive your notice. MOST CHARGES MAY BE AVOIDED BY YOUR ACCEPTING THE PERILLO PROTECTION PLAN EXPLAINED BELOW.

REFUND. All refunds are conditioned upon your understanding that your acceptance of a refund is on the express condition that you release us from all further liability and you thereby waive all additional rights and remedies under this contract or any applicable state, federal or foreign law.

Gratuities not specifically mentioned are excluded.

AIR DEVIATING TOUR MEMBERS must arrange their own transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to airport.

UNUSED TOUR ELEMENTS. No refund will be given for any unused tour features, by reason of customer’s choice, for operational reasons, or because of bad weather.

ERRORS. In case of printing, typographical error, computer error, verbal or human billing error, we reserve the right to invoice or re-invoice participants with corrected billing.

TICKET REVISION/CANCELLATION FEE. Once tickets are issued, a $200 per ticket revision/cancellation fee will apply to each ticket plus the cost of express mail charges. This charge is not covered by the Perillo Protection Plan and subject to change.

HOLIDAYS AND CHANGES. During local or national holidays abroad, certain facilities such as museums, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited. In such instances, and whenever possible, slight itinerary adjustments are made by Perillo Tours to minimize inconvenience to tour members. If, however, your enjoyment might be diminished by such minor limitations, please check with the appropriate tourist office before selecting a departure. Holidays, closing days and other circumstances may change the day of the week for scheduled “dining out”, sightseeing and other activities.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. United States citizens require a valid passport only, when traveling to Europe. Non-citizens have other requirements which should be checked immediately.
