Non-GAAP Financial Measure This presentation contains references to Free Cash Flow which is a “non-GAAP financial measure” as this term is defined in Item 10(e) of Regulation S-K under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Regulation G under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
