2005 yılında 1500 m² kapasiteli üretim alanıyla elektrik panoları üretimine başlamıştır. Firmanın başlangıçtaki kuruluş amacı; TEDAŞ tipi her türlü panonun üretimini gerçekleştirmek iken kısa zaman içerisinde hedefini büyüterek özel tip pano imalatını da gerçekleştirecek başka bir atölyeyi de müşterilerinin hizmetine sunmuştur. Firmamız ürün kalitesini artırmak ve kalitenin sürekliliğini sağlamak için üretim ihtiyaçlarına hızlı cevap verebilecek CNC Punch ve CNC abkant gibi sac işleme makineleri ile müşterilerine hizmet verebilmektedir.

Our company started producing electric panels on 2005 with a 1500 m2 capacity production area. While the initial establishment purpose of the company was the realization of the production of every kind of TEDAŞ type panel, it put another workshop that shall realize special type panel production into service of its consumers by increasing its aim in a very short time period. Our company is able to give service to our customers with metal sheet processing machines such as CNC Punch and CNC Folding-Machines that are able to satisfy the production need, increase the production quality and ensure the continuity of the quality.

AG DAĞITIM PANOLARILOW VOLTAGE DISTRIBUTION PANELS

Dâhili ve harici tipte üretimi bulunan panolarımız, TEDAŞ şartnamelerine uygun olarak, kaynaksız ve civatalı (modüler) olup, TEDAŞ ve TEDAŞ’ a bağlı müesseselerin ihtiyaçlarına cevap verebilecek kalitede gerçekleştirmektedir.

AG dağıtım panoları dış ve iç mekân şartları göz önünde bulundurularak IP koruma sınıflarında TSE ve ISO standart belgeli ve tip testli olarak üretilmektedir.

Our panels, which have indoor and outdoor type production, are in conformity with Turkish Electric Distribution A.Ş. specifications and they are seamless and bolted (modular), and they are manufactured in a quality that they can satisfy the needs of Turkish Electric Distribution A.Ş. and its affiliates.

Low-Tension distribution panels are produced by taking into consideration the outdoor and indoor conditions, in IP protection classes, with TSE and ISO standard certificate and type test.

AG SAHA DAĞITIM KUTULARI (BOX)LOW-VOLTAGE AREA DISTRIBUTION BOXES

Saha dağıtım kutuları TEDAŞ şartnamesine uygun olarak, TİP–1, TİP–2 ve TİP–3 olarak 3 ayrı ürün seçeneğiyle üretilmektedir. Saha Dağıtım Kutularının ( SDK ), imalatı ise;

1 – 2 mm galvanizli sacdan imal edilip, dış yüzeyi 7032 elektrostatik toz bayalı olarak.

2 – 3 mm DKP sacdan sıcak daldırma galvaniz yöntemiyle kaplanmış olarak

3 – Cam elyaf takviyeli polyester tipi olarak yapılmaktadır.

Cam elyaf takviyeli polyester tipi panolar özellikle otoban aydınlatma, marina, raylı sistem ve TEDAŞ tipi uygulamalar için değişik tip ve ebatlarda fonksiyonel olarak kullanılabilmektedir.

Dâhili ve Harici Kullanıma uygun, alevi iletmez ve kendinden sönümlü malzemeden mamul UV Işınlarına Dayanıklıdır

Area distribution boxes are produced in conformity with Turkish Electric Distribution A.Ş. specifications, as TYPE-1, TYPE-2 and TYPE-3 and with 3 different product options. The production of Area Distribution Boxes (SDK) is made as;

1. By being made of galvanized sheet metal 2 mm in thickness, exterior surface as 7032 electrostatic powder paint,

2. By being made of DKP sheet metal 3 mm in thickness coated with hot-dip galvanized method.

3. Glass fiber reinforced polyester type.

Glass fiber reinforced polyester type panels can be used functionally especially for expressway illumination, marina, rail system and Turkish Electric Distribution A.Ş. type implementation in different type and sizes.

It is appropriate for indoor and outdoor usage; it doesn’t convey fire and it is made of self-extinguishing material and resistant to UV rays.

KORUMA ve KUMANDA PANOLARIHIGH VOLTAGE PROTECTION AND CONTROL PANELS

Sac Trafo Köşkleri, Beton köşk ve trafo binalarına nazaran demonte yapıda, sökülebilir şekilde imalatları yapıldığından dolayı, taşınabilirlik ve montaj açısından kullanıcılara büyük kolaylıklar sağlamaktadır. Ayrıca trafo binalarına nazaran küçük boyutları, çevreye uyumlu ve estetik dış yapıları, iklim koşullarına dayanıklıkları ve ekonomik olmaları ile de önemli avantajları vardır. Ayrıca Mobil Trafo Köşkleri’ de sezonluk ihtiyacı olan bölgelerde kalıcı tesis kurmaya gerek kalmadan, geçici enerji vermek için kullanılmaktadırlar. Taşıma ve karayolu trafiği açısından hiçbir özel izin gerektirmezler.

Since their production are made in demounted structure and in detachable type Compared to Sheet Metal Transformer Boxes, Concrete box and transformer buildings, it provides big conveniences to the users from the point of view of portability and assembly. In addition, they have also advantages with their small dimensions compared to transformer buildings, environment-friendly and esthetic exterior structures, weatherproofing and economize. Furthermore, Mobile Transformer Boxes are used for providing temporary energy without needing for establishing permanent facilities in areas that is a seasonal necessity. They never require any special permission in point of view of transportation and highway traffic.
