have been copied many times.

Wegner designed Opala for Hotel Scandinavia in Copenhagen. The acrylic shade had to be robust and easy to clean, but Wegner came up with a shape as beautiful as it is timeless.

Ring can be placed on a wall or on the ceiling, inside or out. Won fi rst prize in Lights of the Future,

the European design competition for energy-effi cient lighting.

High or low. One at a time or in clusters. Hanging from the

ceiling or lying on a table. The playful Bubi lamp is always

ready to try something new.

Its unique mounting fi xture lets you hang UPLIGHT on vaulted ceilings with a pitch of up to

40 degrees.

Valby is countersunk into ceilings and requires a depth of 150mm. It provides beautiful and ample

light from an energy-effi cient 10W bulb.

DesiGn: JØrGen GammeLGaarD 1970TIp Top

Jørgen Gammelgaard was inspired to create this lamp while he was working

for the UN in Samoa. The only source of light in his home was a fl uorescent

tube, so he shaded its harsh light by using plastic jugs.

pandul by carl hansen & sonCarl Hansen & Son and Pandul have much in common, as we are both entrusted with safeguarding some of Danish Design’s most precious gems. While our focus is on the furniture of Hans J. Wegner, lamps designed by Wegner as well as other Danish architects are what drives Pandul.

It was originally Pandul’s Wegner lamps , two among the other Danish lamp designs in the Pandul assortment, that brought us together. Now, we collaborate to bring the work of all of Pandul’s designers to the world.Both companies also share the same approach to production and quality. We call it:
