More than 1,300 improvement records are compiled into a database for diagnostic use. An optimal plan is then proposed for achieving a green factory.

In addition to electrical power, factors like temperature, humidity, pressure and physical amounts such as flow rate are simultaneously measured so they can be understood at a glance. In this way, the overall energy consumption data is summarized into numerical terms.

Originally developed energy-saving simulation technology is used to propose ideal solutions based on detailed diagnosis, so we can introduce equipment that truly matches each company’s condition,

and offer a variety of support function such as fine-tuning systems and carrying out necessary construction

Factories with advanced energy-saving designs are created using SE-Link, a new system that controls the linking of production equipment and utility equipment in order to conserve energy
