0.1 Answers to Bidder Questions:1. Q1: Floor Plan A201 states that privacy film is required in two places for this project,

but there is no mention of what type of privacy film this is meant to be.

A1: Privacy film is to be 3M Sandblast Film. Contact Convenience Group at 1-888-835-5885. Clean glazing and install the 3M Sandblast Film on the interior roomside of the glazing.

2. Q2: Who is the base building sprinkler contractor we are required to use for this job?

A2: From the existing school Sprinkler Diagram, the fire alarm and sprinklercontractor is Tyco/Simplex Grinnell. Contact Nabeel Mian at 905-212-4472 orcell 416-209-8740. His e-mail is [email protected].

1.1 Tender Price Schedule

1. Add a Cash Allowance in amount of $10,000 for Door Hardware.

2.0 Island School Permit and Tender Drawings July 7-17

2.1 Architectural Drawings:1. A100: Location Plan, Key Floor Plan and OBC Matrix, and attached Detail Drawing

SKA-01 and photos:1. At the existing electrical panel near the Change Rooms (see attached Photo 1),

break existing block above the panel to accommodate new branch circuits andspare conduits. Add 5/8" gypsum board to cover damaged block. Patch, makegood and paint.

2. Patch bulkhead shown in the attached Photo 2. The bulkhead requires cutting,patching and painting to accommodate the installation of new electrical conduits. Provide 3-5/8" metal studs and 5/8" gypsum board to enclose conduits. Patch,make good and paint.

3. Paint all new exposed electrical conduits to match colour of adjacent surfaces.
