What is PQ90X?PQ90X is a 90-day project start-up and transformation plan designed to implement or improve project management practices. Like any plan, PQ90X consists of three (3) phases:

1) Base2) Deluxe3) Ultimate

PQ90X has been implemented and proven as a framework for new projects, and for existing projects that are not performing well. PQ90X, when implemented with a Quality Management System (QMS) provides the ultimate result for repeatable processes; thereby, reducing or eliminating rework; providing cost savings; increasing customer satisfaction.
