aLIVE – Learning Islamic Values
Everyday
The aLIVE programme aim to develop
soleh/solehah (pious/righteous) children
who are nurtured with taqwa (God-
consciousness) and good akhlak
(character), knowledgeable in Islam,
become practising Muslims, and show care
and concern towards others.
2MKS provides the aLIVE programme for
young Muslims aged 5-12 years old.
Kids 1-4 : 5 to 8 years old
Tweens 1-4 : 9 to 12 years old

Desired Outcomes: (At the end of 4 years)
• Develop love for Allah and Prophet Muhammad S.A.W
• Refer to the prophets as examples
• Know what is right (Ma’aruf) and what is wrong (Mungkar)
• Develop the habits to perform solat and good deeds appropriate to their age
• Articulate what they have learnt
• Love their families, friends, teachers and school
• Express and appreciate the beauty of Allah S.W.T’s creations
• Recognise Arabic letters, read and write basic Arabic
TWEENS aLIVEExploring, Discovering & Learning Islam
Desired Outcomes : (At the end of 4 years)
• Distinguish right from wrong
• Possess good akhlak
• Understand, appreciate and practice the Pillars of
Islam (Arkanul Islam) appropriate to their age
• Have a deeper understanding of Aqidah and Pillars of
Iman (Arkanul Iman)
• Read the Al-Qur’an well, memorise and appreciate
the general meanings of selected surahs
CONTENT
The aLIVE programme at 2MKS is 4 hours long.
30 minutes break for students

Registration Fee: $20 (one-time)

Payment of school fees for each month
must be done by the 15th of that same
month.
Financial Help
Majlis Ugama Islam Singapore (MUIS) has
allocated the Islamic Education Fund
(IEF), which is dedicated to help
subsidise some of the school fees related
to Islamic education in mosques.
You can qualify if your Per Capita
Income is $500 or less.
Interested parties can request the application
form for IEF from the Madrasah Administrator or
the Customer Service Counter.
Points to note:
Only applications which meet the threshold
will be accepted
Applications are closed by mid-February.
IEF does not cover 100% of all fees
involved, thus there is still a balance that
will have to be paid regardless.
