MORNING ACTIVITYBallyhoura Mountain Bike Trail - the largest trail network of its kind in Ireland featuring 98km of trails including forest road climbs, �ght twisty singletrack with loads of ups and downs, board walk, �ght turns and technical rocky bits.
LUNCH at Longueville House - an idyllic 300 year old listed Georgian Country House hidden in the heart of a 450 acre wooded estate in the Blackwater Valley.
