AONT-UPS-FamilyONT Uninterruptible Power Supply
DescriptionThe Alphion power saving AONT-UPS protects the AONT-100, AONT-1000 and AONT-2000 family of ONTs from bad power as a result of surges and power outs. The AONT-UPS is a compact backup power solution companion to the AONT-100, AONT-1000 and AONT-2000 family of ONTs. The unit can be either wall mounted or placed on the �oor near the ONT.
ApplicationsThe AONT-UPS is meant to provide uninterrupted service from the AONT-100, AONT-1000 and AONT-2000 family of ONTs. This ensures that voice, data, and internet are fully functional, even during a power outage or power surge, for up to 5 hours. When the power supply is restored, the back-up battery charges up in 18 hours or less depending on the battery discharge during the power out.
Safe and Reliable OperationThe AONT-UPS comes with built in over voltage and over current protection. In addition, the unit also includes a Low-Voltage-Disconnect circuit function that disconnects the battery when it gets below 10.5V. The surge protection features helps prevent damage to the Alphion ONT products that can occur due to frequent power �uctuations.
