ONLINE CARE ANYWHERE DEMO WALKTHROUGH

NOTE: If a doctor is seeing a patient, the member will be placed in the doctor’s waiting room

From the home page, select a doctor and click Connect

Member enters pharmacy and reason for their visit

Member enters credit card to cover their cost (co-pay / co-insurance)

Complete Release Statements and click Connect

Member will enter the doctor’s waiting room while the doctor reviews their request and Health Summary

Enable a web-cam by clicking Allow in the video window

Conversation duration is 10 minutes (Doctor can extend 3 minutes)

When ready to end the visit with the doctor, click End Conversation

Click End Conversation to confirm that visit is complete

Rate the experience and click End Conversation

Click on My History under My Health to see a detailed report of the Online Care Anywhere visit

The report will show the doctor’s notes, what was prescribed, the diagnoses and more…
