‘Fireside’ has light peat smokey flavours, as a result of the ancient process of drying our malted barley in kilns using peat as fuel, with the additional hints of grass and moss resulting from the reactions of the spirit for over 12 years in oak casks. The result is a powerfully heartwarming feeling and a complex dry finish.

‘Twilight’ draws its light delicate flavours of lemon grass and apples from a minimum of 10 years maturation in American white oak casks. The delicate floral nose invites a sip to appreciate the refreshing hints of ginger leaving a warming yet light and satisfying fresh finish.

Pink 47The huge popularity of vodka, leading to the development of flavoured vodkas, has created a surge of interest in other white spirits such as gin, which is flavoured mainly with Juniper. The interest in other white spirits is causing gin to become more fashionable and driving a movement into premium categories.

Pink 47 is a prize winning London Dry Gin. It is positioned as a force to be reckoned with in the premium white spirits category, being expensive but affordable, glamorous and aspirational.

As a premium London Dry Gin that is worth paying a little extra for, Pink 47 is gaining worldwide demand and has won no less than 18 international awards since it was launched in 2007 to critical acclaim:

Our delicious recipe is carefully crafted in small batches with a mix of ten botanicals. We use the finest natural flavouring ingredients which are carefully selected from all corners of the world: juniper, coriander, lemon and orange peel, angelica root, liquorice root and cassia bark, almonds, nutmeg and orris root.

The result is a unique and complex flavour. Four times distilled and at 47% alcohol by volume it is perfect for cocktails – strong and smooth, with a crisp and compelling finish but without a trace of harshness.
