The seeded sites (External and Employee Visitor Sites) were setup and configured for job seekers and employees logging in outside the organization’s network.

For the client’s recruitment/staffing agencies, the iRecruitment Agency responsibility was setup and configured so that they the agencies could see vacancies in real time, and use this functionality to apply for their candidates.

Did system integration and user acceptance testing. Recruitment process was initiated from creating a Vacancy to Hire in the Core HR.

AME [Oracle Approval Management] was used for approval chains. The Personalization Framework functionality was used for changes

to some of the web pages, including replacement of Oracle logo with that of the client.

Client declined the use of seeded Offer Letter. For this reason, l created custom offer letters with the XML Publisher responsibility.

I used most of the structures already defined in the system to setup and configure the EAM Timecard.

Oracle Human Resource Self-Service: For the client to see and experience the functions available in both

Manager and Employee Self Service I did a demo of the applications backed with PowerPoint presentation.

Interviews and group discussions were held with the Subject Matter Experts (the Super Users, sometimes call SMEs) of the functionality of both manages and employees.

Created User menus and custom Self Service responsibilities. Apart from the use of Supervisor Approval Hierarchy, whereby

transactions initiated by reporting staff are approved by their supervisors, AME (Oracle Approval Management) was used to create custom Approval Flows.

I used the personalization Framework to disabled unwanted fields and changed the Oracle logo with that of the client.

Defined all required Profile Options. Configured the Person Search screens. Link both seeded and custom responsibilities to Security Profiles. Defined client Email Address.
