OLA P&F NEWSLETTER Term 2 - 2018

We only have a few P&F activities left for the year before we wrap up so that the OLA community can focus on the fete. If you could help with any of these (the disco will be a CareMonkey notice as usual) please email [email protected]

Friday 31st Father’s Day Breakfast Helpers 6 serving food 4 clean up 4 put away chairs and tables

If you can help with this event please email please email [email protected]

2019 PLANNING NIGHTIn Term 3 the P&F committee will be holding a planning night for 2019. We ask anyone who has a fundraising idea or s social activity for 2019 come along to this meeting and share it. If you would like an event to be organised differently or change how things are planned, this will be the night to attend and voice your opinion. 2019 is also the year we will hold our usual Trivia Night - we will be evaluating whether to change it to another similar activity or continue with a Trivia Night.

As always we place a large amount of time and effort into planning our P&F events and activities. It is important to our committee that we have a good balance between both fundraising and social activities.

We will ensure we give plenty of notice for the date of this night and as always it will be after hours.

Kind regardsSiobhan PinzoneP&F Chair 2018
