The Curseof HardesGreek Myth Story

Perseus was the demi-god. A Demi-god is half blood of a godand human. 10 years ago, Hardes had a big tumult with thebeasts in the hell. His purpose was for him to be the ruler of thegods. There was no volunteer to stop the war but Perseus.Perseus used his sword of thunder, which Hypotenuse made.Perseus rode the Pegasus, and killed the beasts. Mitanos wasthe strongest beast. Perseus just killed him right away. ThenPerseus got near to Hardes, but Hardes used the hostages.Those hostages were Cyclops, and Hypotenuse. However,Perseus saved Cyclops, and Cyclops. Right after, Zeus caughtHardes. Hardes says, it’s the curse. Hardes: I’m going to getrevenge when I escape from here! By that event, Perseusreceived a new wife from Zeus. His new wife was Io. Io was thedaughter of Zeus. Unfortunately, Io died when Helios, their sonwas born. Perseus called Asclepius to save her, but he couldn’t.Aschelpios is the god of the doctor. Fortunately, Asclepius savedHelios. Perseus took normal life of human. He became afisherman. He just wanted to not remember the gods. The curseof Hardes started 10 years later… Perseus: Helios, you shouldn’t throw fishing net to left side, it willmess up your fishing net and my fishing net. Chaos atOlympus

Hardes Returns

The gate of the underworld exists under Mt.Olympus, and Ares went to the gate and he tried toopen the gate. The door did not open, it was locked. Ares: “why is this not opening?” Ares had big a weakness that he wasn’t so clever.However, he was the god of the battle, so he wasstrong. So, Ares just tried to break the door, but it iswell known that the gate is hard for all of the gods.So, he had to think how to open the door for 4 days.Finally he used the thunder to break it. To open thedoor of the underworld is much the same as to openPandora’s Box. Right after Ares broke the door a lotof the dirty, violent, and stupid creatures came out ofthe underworld. The biggest problem was thatHardes returned to the inner world. Ares: “Hardes, let’s pay back to Zeus now. I savedyou and you promised so to be soldier of mine.”

Wrath of PerusesThe creature came out of the underworld, and there was 1 beast thatwent to get revenge on Peruses. The creature was Mitanos. Mitanoswas the beast who got killed in the tumult of Hardes and even thoughhe was the strongest creature, he got killed right away. That eventlead Mitanos to be alone in the underworld. His plan was to killPerseus, but he changed his plan to kill the son of Perseus, becauseit will make Perseus feel extremely sad as if he wants to die. Mitanosran, and ran, and ran. Finally, he reached the village of Peruses.Mitanos saw Helios, the son of Peruses, running. Helios: “dad what is i…” Before Helios was done talking, Mitanos stepped to Helios. Heliosdied. Peruses was so angry, and he tried to kill Mitanos. Mitanos wasmuch stronger than him. Mitanos used his hard, sharp horn to attackPerseus. Perseus ran away and reached to his house. He slid thecarpet off and opened a trap door. He took the Sword of Thunder out.Meanwhile, Mitanos found him. Perseus brought thunder to his swordand cut one of Mitanos’ horns. Mitanos was so angry. Mitanos didn’teven think, but Mitanos just dashed to Perseus. As Mitanos dashed toPerseus, Perseus raised up his sword, and made it point to the heartof the Mitanos. Mitanos dashed and the sword pierced Mitanos’ heart.Mitanos was dead. Mitanos had already killed everybody in thatvillage, but Peruses. Peruses thought, and he had an idea. His ideawas to ask Zeus to make Helios revive. Perseus went to the temple ofZeus. The only guy who was in the temple was Poseidon who had abig hurt. He said. Poseidon: “please take my trident. Please revenge to Hardes, andsave the gods form him.”Peruses: "what do you mean, gods can’t die…” Poseidon: “Now Hardes uses power of death to kill the gods,please…” After Poseidon said the last word, Poseidon closed hiseyes, and he went to sleep forever. Peruses:”…””Perseus stood there for an hours. Perseus found out the solution.Hardes was the culprit who opened the door, and made Mitanos killhis son. Perseus took Poseidon’s trident and went to the shelter ofHypotenuse.

The Allies

Zeus: “where am I?” Hardes: “it’s the underworld… I’m going to use yourpower to revive the Kronos.” Kronos: “you… Zeus, I’m going to rip you apart.” Zeus: “…” Kronos: “answer me!!!” Hardes: “Dear father, eh can’t answer now, becausehe is losing his power” At that time, Peruses went to Hypotenuse to get abetter weapon. Hypotenuse told Perseus that he hadto wait of for 4 days to make new weapon. Perusestrained for those days. In first day Peruses just tooktime to think. In second and third day, he trained withthe sword. For the last day he went to find volunteersto help him to fight with Hardes. He went to theOlympus and got help from Hermith. Perseus told toHermith to tell to the sons of Poseidon to come to theOlympus. Perseus herd important news from him.That was that Kronos will join the allies of Hardes.After 10 minutes, Hermith brought volunteers. Carinthwas the volunteer. He was the last son of Poseidon.

Carinth: “I want to get revenge on Hardes…” Perseus: “that’s fine, but you know the purpose of thisbattle, right?” Carinth: “yes!” Next volunteers were Cyclops. Cyclops volunteered,because they wanted to get revenge on Hardes aswell. Another reason was that they wantedrecompense for having saved them from Hardes 10years ago. Also, Perseus searched for Pegasus toride. After that day, he was ready to fight. Before thebattle, he went to his great-grandmother which shewas Gaia. Gaia was the god of the ground. She waseven the wife of Kronos. She told Perseus that theweakness of Kronos were his eyes.

The Fighting Day

Finally, Kronos was revived with the titans. The Makhairevived also. Makhai was the one of the type of thetitan. Makhais had 2 upper bodies with 1 lower body.There were more than a thousand of Makhai, evenmore than the allies of Perseus. However, theCyclopes were much bigger than Makhai. Cyclopesfought with the Makhais, and Carinth fought with theUranus. Uranus was the first husband of Gaia. Carinthhad a hard time with the difference dimension betweenUranus and Carinth, but he used the chain spear tobeat him. Perseus used the Sword of the Thunder todefend the attack of Hardes, and used the flank todefend the attack of Kronos. While Perseus versesbetween Hardes, and Kronos, Cyclops killed all of theMakhais and Carinth killed Uranus, they went to theunderworld to save Zeus. By that time Perseus brokehis Thunder Sword and he just had to move around.Finally, Zeus escaped from the underworld. Zeus sawAres was perishing and he brought him to Olympusand his thunder. Zeus threw the thunder to Hardes.Hardes was shocked and Hardes couldn’t moveanymore. Using that chance, Perseus threw the flankto the eyes of Kronos. Kronos went crazy and then hedied.

Helios, Io, and Poseidon

Zeus locked Hardes, and Kronos again in to theunderworld. Zeus killed all of the beasts on the innerworld with his thunder. Zeus made Poseidon, Io, andHelios revive again and lived forever in the Olympus.Also Zeus called Asclepius to save Ares. After, Aresand Zeus became the best father and son together.
