Gastronomska i enološka ponuda Cavtata i Konavala sastavni je dio ukupne turističke ponude, ugođaja

i atmosfere konavoskog podneblja. Cavtatski restorani i konobe svoju ponudu temelje na tradicionalnoj dalma-tinskoj i mediteranskoj kuhinji: ribi, povrću, maslinovom ulju i začinskom bilju, prateći moderne gastronomske trendove. Unutrašnjost Konavala u tradicionalnim ko-nobama i jedinstvenom ugođaju starih konavoskih kuća nude domaću i zdravu hranu iz lokalne proizvodnje, pri-premljenu na tradicionalni način.

U ovom prvom izdanju vlasnici restorana su vam naznačili neke od svojih specijaliteta. Vje-rujemo da nećete pogriješiti ako se odlučite probati neke od njih, a ugođaj upotpunite kva-litetnim vinima konavoskog vinogorja.

Gastronomy and wine Cavtat and Konavle’s offer is an integral part of the whole tourist offer, and of

the mood and atmosphere of Konavle’s climate. Cavtat’s restaurants and taverns base their offer on traditional Dalmatian and Mediterranean cuisine: fish, vegetables, olive oil and herbs following modern gastronomical trends. Konavle’s interior, in traditional taverns and the unique atmosphere of old Konavle houses, offers home-made and healthy foods from local production, prepared in the traditional way.

In this first edition, restaurant owners indicated some of their specialities. We are convinced that you will not make a mistake if you decide to try some of them, and complete the atmosphere by drinking quality wines from Konavle’s wineyards.
