And tell us the product(s) that you are interested in, together with your e-mail address. Then, we will confirm you the total price (if with or without any additional cost(s)) before you continue to make any payments.
1. Delivery are made usually within 2 days after payment received. 2. Unless otherwise specified, the listed prices are inclusive of packing and delivery to all commercial and industrial ares in Hong Kong.
Additional fees will be charged for delivery to residential areas or S.F. Express authorised service points as listed in S.F. Express website. 3. All packages, unless otherwise specified are shipped via S.F. Express or Hong Kong Post office. 4. We do not accept any international orders for now.
Refund/Return Policy7 Days policy Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-refundable products Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items include:

Proof of purchase To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Step 1: E-mail us your proof of purchase at [email protected] together with a photo of the actual damaged product, with subject "Request for Refund (your receipt/order no. if any)". Step 2: We will contact you through e-mail within 7 business days after receiving your request for further inspection and/or pick up of the actual product. Step 3: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Step 4: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. Kindly send us an e-mail at [email protected], together with your e-receipt and the photo of the damaged product. Please subject your e-mail as "Request for an exchange of (your receipt/order no.)".
Shipping To return your product, please mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
