    are now 4 years

    old ,

    but the

    pick-up

    has

    been

    made

    l ike

    new with

    mechanical r e p a i r s

    t i r e s and a p a i n t job. The l i t t l e 4

    F i a t car may hold

    up for a t ime, but

    both

    vehicles were

    on

    bush

    roads a l l the

    t ime,

    and one

    c a n t e x p e c t

    much

    when

    you

    c o n s i d e r

    r o a d s .

    It

    wonder

    t h a t

    v e h i c l e s

    h o l d up a t

    a l l .

    Only

    one

    breakdown

    has

    happened

    w it h t h e

    Ford. I t

    had

    been checked

    a l l over ;

    however ,

    on a

    journey t o the Mt. Darwin

    a r e a some 200 m i l e s

    away

    where we were v i s i t i n g 2 churches, a l l

    of a sudden the f r o n t wheels d i d n t respond

    to

    the s t e e r i n g wheel

    so

    well .

    At

    f i r s t

    I thought it was the Nutt behind the

    wheel.
