Congratulations to:Justin & Brooke (Wood) Clapp on
their recent marriage.
A Word From Bro. Ronnie Jr., I have two things on my mind today. First, I am looking forward to tonights “Equipping the Home” service. Bro. Al and Bro. Justin have worked really hard preparing for tonight. I really believe we will all be challenged by the subject of Adoption and Foster Care. Please make the effort to be here and call anyone you think that might be helped by this service. It would be great to see friends and family here. Secondly, this week our country celebrated Veterans Day. They are unsung heros worthy of honor. Here is a great poem in their honor and I will close with it.
In Christ, Bro. Ronnie Jr.
The Best on Earth: A Veteran’s Day Tribute
If someone has done military service,They earn the title “veteran,” and more,
They earn our deep respect and admiration,That they are special no one can ignore.
They sacrificed the comforts we enjoy,The list is long of all the things they gave,Our veterans are extraordinary people,They’re loyal, dedicated, true and brave.
When terror and invasion were real threats,They showed us they could handle any storm.
We owe our freedoms and our very livesTo our veterans, who served in uniform.
Our veterans should be celebrities; They’re exceptional, no other group compares.
We’re grateful for the many things they’ve done,They’re always in our hearts and in our prayers.
We owe our veterans support and friendship,Let no one ever question what they’re worth.
These men and women served us and our country,Our veterans the very best on earth.

Holidays for International Students
Would you like to host an international student for the holidays?
Here’s some quick facts about the program. The program is from December 15-29. The coordinator has planned events for them to do most everyday of the program. You’ll need to drop them off in the morning and pick them up at the end of the day at Trace Creek. You are welcome to participate in all events with us. We presently have 3 male and 3 female students that need homes. It’s a great way to be a missionary in your own home.
Baby ShowerThere will be a baby shower given for Keith and
Blake Gibson from 2-4 on Sunday, November 23rd, in the Tea Room. It’s a boy! They are registered in
Babies R Us and Wal-Mart.
OFFERING ENVELOPES - If you do not currently use offering envelopes, but would like to begin using them in 2015, please sign-up at the Welcome Center. Envelopes for next year will be available in December
for current users and those who sign-up. Current users do not need to sign up again.
Puppet MinistryThe puppet team will be meeting every other Sunday at 4:30 pm back stage in the FLC. We welcome you to come check out this unique ministry and see if it’s something you would be interested in being a part of. If you have any questions please contact Ronnica Adams.
Note: The church is missing the Beth Moore Bible study entitled, Breaking Free. If you have
borrowed it, please call the church office and let us know. We have someone wanting to borrow it.
Also, we are missing a DVD from the series, Unglued, by Lysa TerKeurst.
Thank YouA special thank you, to the HIM ministry and their labor of love for our Veterans and others. We appreciate your kindness and the quilt we won is beautiful. We are blessed to be a part of the loving Trace Creek Family.
In Christian Love, Bill Oliver
Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers sent in memory of our dad. Thank you for the cards, food, words of encouragement and to those who came to support us during the service. Thank you most of all for your prayers. God’s blessings on each one.
