Nico Cerni (Principal), 1957, has worked internationally in the weapons ( GAMBA ), automotive (
SEAT) , heating ventilation airconditioning and refrigeration (HEVAC), sat communication (SKY EYE –ORBCOMM, MegSat ) , security industries ( Bosch ) for over thirty years. He has director level
experience in international corporations ( Wabco Westinghouse of Vienna, Trane and York Refrigeration )
holding groups and start ups and he has held a number of other senior positions for both Italian and German companies . His expertise in the renewable energies markets dates back 1998, when he
started studies in power distribution + mecatronics at the of U CS A Camarillo Campus as a member of The Gold Coast Innovation Center led by technologosts such as John Mungenast (†) ( General Electric ) ,
Steve Herman ( Litton Aerospace ) Myron Miller + Gerd Zieroth ( Power Distribution Systems) .
Nico works with Global PV Specialists of Chatsworth (Now New Silicon Technologies Inc, Calabasas) for PV machinery, metallurgy and system sales . He trained first as a commercial marketing graduate, and
subsequently studied Semiotics, Business studies and Thermodynamic Engineering at Michigan College Glenn Baxter where he held a Master Graduation in Mechatronics and System integration
1996. He is a member of the American Association of Heating Air-conditioning and Ventilation
Engineers (ASHRAE) society . He worked in project management on HVAC and other system integrated products, holding 42 active references of successful plants and units operations around the world
