about incomplete homework,
check our homework tip each
newsletter:
Homework tip #1 Ask your child about their
homework, know what they are
learning about and when
assignments are due. If there’s no
set homework, encourage your
child to do some reading. For
younger kids, it’s great for them to
read aloud to you. For older kids, ask
them to tell you about what they
have been reading.

PSSA Tweed District
Swimming Carnival Yesterday Wednesday, 19
February 2020 we had a
long list of competitors who
represented our school values
with pride at the PSSA Tweed
District Swimming Carnival.
Some of our students were full
of excitement when they
returned to school today. As
they have made in the next
level to compete at the PSSA
FNC Swimming Carnival to be
held next Wednesday 26
February at Ballina.
Good luck to our students
who gained selection .

At Bilambil we love
collecting Bread
Tags for Wheelchairs Remember to continue
collecting your bread tags to
help our friends in need of
wheelchairs. Bilambil has
decided to keep it going
throughout the whole year.
You will be saving bread tags
from going into landfill and
helping people who cannot
afford a wheelchair to get
one. Every bread tag helps!

Kindergarten students

learning school routines

names and forging
relationships with their Year 6
buddies.

In Term 1 the canteen will be offering specials on
Thursdays at lunchtime only. Term 1’s special will be
Taco Thursday, orders will need to be placed in
their classroom tubs before 10.00am. Each term
there will be a different special available on
Thursdays.
Canteen now open on Thursdays for brekky club
and recess. Don’t forget about our great lunch

Creating your account will give you access to your student portal. During this sign up process you will be asked to make a $20 deposit which will go towards your first terms invoice. Should we not be able to place you into the private or group lesson of your choice we will immediately refund you this amount. Also, as part of this process, you will be asked to acknowledge our terms and conditions which can be found here. Please note that because the lesson schedule has not been finalised for 2020, lesson times and teachers will not be allocated at this stage. With this in mind we will allocate private lesson times (where applicable) based on the order of your account creation with Music Mates.
