Celebrate Recovery Coming to Crossroads! -8 years ago when I started at Crossroads it was my hope to one day begin a Celebrate Recovery program at the church. In 2016, that hope will finally become a reality. If you have not
heard of Celebrate Recovery before, it is a biblical and balanced program based on the words of Jesus that helps us overcome our hurts, hang-ups, and habits. Celebrate Recovery focuses on helping us navigate those areas of life that are too overwhelming such as the loss of a loved one, divorce, negative thoughts, broken relationships, financial struggles, abuse, codependency, depression, hidden pain, anger, addiction, and so on. This is done through weekly gatherings that consists of worship, small groups, prayer, accountability, and community. We will be launching Celebrate Recovery in just a few months. In the meantime, we are looking for people to be partners in this ministry with us. There are only 2 qualifications to be part of the team; you must love Jesus and you must know brokenness. God will fill in the rest. If you feel Celebrate Recovery is something you need in your life please don’t hesitate to reach out to us as well. Together we will face life’s hurts, habits, and hang-ups. To find out more about Celebrate Recovery contact Larry Albrecht at [email protected] or Sarah Colson at [email protected].
