Deakin University is a smoke-free environment. This includes all Deakin property, includ-

ing: all land, buildings, vehicles, facilities and other property owned or leased by or under

the control of the University. This policy has been implemented to create a healthy and

safe environment for all Deakin students, staff and associates. Our University will encour-

age smokers to reduce or quit smoking and will support this process through health cam-

paigns and cessation support.

Residences however has a specific designated smoking area that permit smoking for resi-

dents. The designated smoking area at residences is located between carpark 13 and the

basketball court. Residents may smoke in this area and ONLY this area. Residents found

smoking outside of this areas will incur a fine and/or disciplinary action.

Ingredients

-250g pkt sweet biscuits, crushed (Arrowroot, Hobnobs, Animal Crackers)

-4 tablespoons cocoa powder

-400g / 14 oz. can condensed milk

-½ cup desiccated coconut

Method

Mix crushed biscuit, cocoa and condensed milk together to make a sticky con-

sistency. Using a generous teaspoon of mixture, roll into balls and cover in co-

conut. Chill before serving. These can also be frozen.

Tip: Remove from freezer straight into the lunchbox, by morning tea they

are ‘just right’ to eat.
