· Erection of suspended formwork and vertical elements wing 1 level 5

· Stripping of formwork to wing 1, level 2 and wing 2, level 1
· Services rough in to underside of level 1, wing 1
· Wall setout ground wing 1

· Plant floats, offsite disposal of materials, importation & deliveries of onsite materials, all
via Uganda St
· Concrete truck deliveries (every 2‐3 days)
· Precast concrete panel deliveries (every 2‐3 days)

· Notification of Impacting activity statement to be provided and signed by Deakin prior to
works commencing
· Final fire service diversion plans in place – proposed timing to be between last week June –
First week July

PROPERTIES
· Airborne dust due to site works – water truck for dust mitigation
· Environmental controls in place for stormwater easement and site run off
· Concrete pours exceeding 5:00pm to be executed with consideration to neighbouring
buildings
SITE WORKING HOURS AND NUMBERS ON SITE
· Up to 70 workers on site daily expected over coming fortnight
· 7:00am – 5:00pm Mon ‐ Fri
· Saturday 7:00am – 2:30 pm

Noise/Guest/Party free period will run from 5pm Sunday 29th May
and finish at 2pm Friday 17th June.

No guest’s permitted during this time
Parties are not permitted (pre drinking, larger
gatherings of a non-academic focus)
No loud noise at any time (loud music/movies/TV,
yelling/cheering etc)
Alcohol is not permitted anywhere EXCEPT your own
unit/apartment/studio. If you don’t live there, you cannot
drink alcohol there, including rec rooms/common spaces
This policy is in place to try and enable everyone to have the best environ-
ment possible to study but also get appropriate sleep in preparation for ex-
ams.

Vanilla Slice
Makes 8
Ingredients
1 pkt Lattice biscuits
600ml double cream
100g pkt vanilla pudding mix
Method
Place a layer of crackers on the
bottom of a paper lined rectangular baking dish. Mix cream and pudding to-
gether until thick, pour onto biscuit base and top with another layer of bis-
cuits. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving. Option-
al: When in season, add two fresh mangoes peeled and sliced to the mixture
topped with the following icing.
Passionfruit Icing
Ingredients
Makes 1/2 cup
1 cup (120g) icing sugar
1 tablespoon passionfruit pulp
1 teaspoon (15g) butter, softened
Method
In a bowl, mix the ingredients together until an even spreadable consistency
is reached.
