The new 6-cylinder tank system that designed according to this need of the second-generation Techno-flow Machine, solves this problem and reduces the operational burden of denim manufacturers. 6 differ-ent enzymes can be stored in 6 different tanks at the same time in Technoflow and can be transferred to the washing machine in the desired order according to your prescription. Thus, the time and money loss caused by one tank system is also decreasing.

Recently, many denim brands that value sustainable produc-tion have started to move to stone-free washing technolo-gies. It was possible to capture the desired appearance on the pants without using any chemicals in stone washing. But one of the necessities of stone-free washing is the need to use at least 4-5 chemicals to capture the desired image on the pants. This has begun to bring a new cost and time loss to the denim producers.

The process of transferring a large number of enzymes and chemicals to the washing machine through a single tank and filling and emptying the chemical tank each time has started to create a serious workload for the operators.

In the second generation Technoflow Machine, water is transferred into the tanks of Technoflow instead of the washing machine. In the Technoflow, the enzyme and the softener are mixed with water and transferred to the washing machine in the form of a pulverized spray. Thanks to nanobubbles, this mixture adheres more effectively to the pants. Because the system works with very low water amount, all of these enzymes stick to the pants. Thus, chemicals are not thrown out with water and a serious amount of chemical dis-charge to the environment is prevented. With the second-generation Techno Flow Machine, it is possible to do both minimise-water washing.
