SHOW RULES

1 This show will be governed by the latest Show Rules and Standards of Perfection of the American Rabbit Breeders Association Your entry indicates the acceptance of these rules and any other rule set by this club

2 All entries must be postmarked no later than June 9 2014 Please mail early to ensure entry is received on time

3 NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW NO REFUNDS ON SCRATCHED ENTRIES ENTRY FEE MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY FORM Any entry accompanied by a check that is returned NSF will be charged a $2500 handling fee and no points paybacks or specials will be awarded until all fees are paid Fees must be paid within 10 days of notice

If you cancel the day of the show you must still pay your entry fee

4 Substitutions or changes may be made in the same class and breed (Ear number changes ONLY)

5 This is a carrying cage show No shipped in animals All carrying cages must have leak-proof bottoms or pans

6 Exhibitors are responsible for getting their rabbits to and from the show table Youth exhibitors must carry their own rabbits to and from the show table No adult is allowed to handle or groom a youth animal

7 Rabbits are to be in the showroom by 830 AM Judging will start at 900 AM Breakfast and Lunch will be served

8 Sick or diseased animals will be removed from the showroom The Show Superintendent has the right to examine any entry

9 The club will not be responsible for loss by theft fire or any other cause All precautions will be taken to prevent loss

10 All rabbits are to be permanently tattooed in the left ear and it must be legible as per ARBA rules All rabbits will be given a coop number which is to be placed in the right ear in BLACK INK ONLY

11 No one except the judge and hisher assistants are allowed behind the tables Anyone interfering with the judging will have their entry eliminated without refund Anyone wishing to assist a judge must write to the Show Superintendent and the Judge with whom they wish to work prior to the show

12 The club is not responsible for SPECIALS put up by individuals All awards must be picked up the day of the show None will be mailed All late SPECIALS will be posted in the showroom

13 The club reserves the right to add or substitute Judges as necessary Judges are assigned breeds according to the amount of animals entered by the night before the show Your entry denotes acceptance of assigned judge Please DO NOT ask for a breed to be reassigned the day of the show

14 There will be No Breeding Allowed in the Showroom

15 Children are the responsibility of their parents Parents will be responsible for any damage done to the Building or Grounds by their children

16 The Judges decision shall be final except in case of absolute fraud Protests if any must be filed with the Show Superintendent within two hours after judging and must be accompanied with the fee of $2500 which will be returned if protest is sustained

17 Youth exhibitors may not enter the same rabbits in an open show and a youth show held in conjunction with that open show on the same day Any ARBA sanctioned show is open to all youth under the age of 19

18 NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES

19 NO SMOKING IN BUILDINGS

20 NO PETS PLEASE (Dogs Cats etc)
