Women (NCNW) was founded in 1935 by Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune. NCNW’s mission is to lead, advocate for and empower women of African descent, their families and communities.

NCNW will:

� Reduce health disparities

� Celebrate and strengthen the African American family.

� Reach out to women in need in Africa and around the world.
