As a Buddy of a Supported User I automatically have access to their Goals and can create new Goals and Tasks for the user on their behalf. As a Buddy I can:

• Manage the user’s Goals

• Manage Goal memberships

• Create new Goals and Tasks forthe user

• Veto the Supported User’s Goalinvite requests

My Goals – Buddy Overview

As a general user if you manage or have joined other users Goals you will see them in your main ‘My Goals’ area. You can filter Goals by username or you can search for the Goal name in the search box.You can also access a user’s Goals from their ‘About Page’ under the ‘Goals’ tab.

As a Buddy of a user you can create Goals for Supported Users that you manage from your own account:1. Click on ‘New Goal’2. Select ‘Create for user’3. Select user from the list4. Click ‘Create’NOTE: You will be the Admin of this Goal and the user will be a general Participant. This can be changed in the ‘Manage users’ section.TIP: You can also create Goals and Tasks ‘on-the-fly’ using the ‘Link to Goal’ feature (next page).

You can link your posts to your Goal Tasks throughout the site wherever you see a ‘Link to Goal’ icon above the post.1. Click the ‘Link to Goal’ icon2. Click ‘Add’ in the Link to Goal pop-

up3. Select the Goal you want to link to

(or create a new one). Click ‘Select’4. Select the Goal Task/s you want to

link to (or create new ones). Click‘Select’

NOTE: The linked post will show up in the Task detail page of your Goal. A pop-up will also show Linked Goal details on the post.

As a Goal Admin you can access and change Goal settings from the ‘Settings’ page. Here you can:

• Change the Goal Name• Change the Description

• Change or add anAvatar/picture

• Delete the Goal

TIP: Make sure you click ‘Save’ after making changes

As a Goal Admin you can create an access link to a Task page via a URL token.

1. Click into the Task you want toallow access to

2. Click the ‘Access Link’ icon

3. Choose ‘Allow access by link’

4. Click on the clipboard icon to copythe link

TIP: You can paste this link into other recording or management systems that you may use, or send it via email as evidence of achievement

As an Admin you can edit Goal membership on the ‘Members’ page. Here Admins can:

• Invite multi me users to jointhe Goal

• Manage membership• Remove users• Add and remove Admins

As a Buddy of a Supported User you can veto any Goal invite requests that the user makes/ are made to the user. Simply go to the user’s page you wish to manage then:1. Click ‘Show more’ to reveal more

options2. Click ‘Manage this user’3. Click on Permissions Tab4. Turn on ‘Confirm for ‘Join Goals’5. Turn on ‘Confirm for ‘Invite Users

to Join My Goals’6. Click ‘Save’ to save changesNOTE: You can also turn these features off for the user by turning off the ‘Allow’ switch
