As a Buddy of a Supported User you can access and manage their Goals.
A Buddy can:
• Access existing Goals and make themselves Admins
• Edit and add new Tasks
• Manage Goal memberships
• Link Diary and Activity Posts tothe Goal Tasks of a SupportedUser

You can access a Supported User’s Goals from your own Goals dashboard in your ‘My Stuff’ area, or from the user’s page in their ‘About Me’ section under the ‘My Goals’ tab.

On your ‘My Goals’ dashboard and on the user’s About Page the Filter feature allows you to see certain Goals on the page. The filter will go Green when it is on.You can choose to see:
• Archived as well as current Goals
• Goals owned by specific users• Goals in certain Categories

As a Buddy of a Supported User you can access any of their Goals. However, you are not automatically added into each Goal but can add yourself in on a Goal by Goal basis.If you try to access a Goal which you are not yet a member of, you will only have access to the Goal ‘About page’ before you join. From this page you can click ‘Join Goal’ to add yourself in.

On the ‘My Goals’ dashboard as well as on the user’s ‘About Me’ page you can toggle between Task and Goal view. Using Task view you can see all of your Tasks from all of your Goals, as well as Tasks from other user’s Goals that you manage, in a combined list. From here you can:• Filter Tasks by TAGs• Search Tasks by Tags and keywords
Just Click on the ‘Goals’ or ’Tasks’ heading to toggle from one view to the other.
TIP: Using the Filter in Tasks view modeyou will have options to filter by Taskassignee as well as Goal owner.

From your ‘My Goals’ dashboard click on the ‘New Goal’ button. Then in the ‘Create New Goal’ pop-up select the ‘Create for user’ switch and select the user you want to create the Goal for in the drop down list.OrSearch the user you want tocreate a Goal for in the maingreen search box. Then, on that user’s About Page under their Goals tab, click on the main ‘New Goal’ icon or the ‘Create new Goal’ link under a specific Goal Category.

You can click on ‘Edit Mode’ to show Task edit options on the Task list page. In edit mode the advanced Task edit options are:• Add TAGS to a Task (particularly useful in
Task view mode where you can search and filter Tasks by Tags from all Goals)
• Duplicate a Task and assign to another user
• Drag and drop to re-order Tasks on the page
• Copy and import a Task from anotherGoal via the Task Wizard pop-up

On the Goal page click on the name of the Task or Task picture to open the Task detail page. Here you can see summary information about the Task as well as comments and linked Activity and Diary entries that relate to the Task. The advanced editing options for this page are:• Add attachment to Task (you can
add an instruction sheet for instance that supports the Task, attachments will be duplicated with Tasks along with other info but Comments/media posts will not)
• Create a URL Access link to the Task detail page

As a Buddy of a Supported User you can link their Diary of Activity Posts in MultiMe to Tasks in their Goals.
Simply click on the ‘link goal’ icon above the Post and select the Supported User’s Goal and the Task you want to link to.
The linked Post will appear in the the Task Comments section on the Task detail page.

Click the ‘Show more’ icon above the Post to reveal the ‘Links to Goal’ icon
Click the icon to open the Link to Goal pop up and click the ‘Add’ button
Select the Goal you want to link to. (You can create a new Goal here also)
Select the Task/Tasks you want to link to. (You can create new Tasks here also)

You can hide inactive Goals from your Goals dashboard by Archiving them.
Archived Goals are not deleted and can be un-archived to re-appear in the active Goals list.
TIP: To see Archived Goals open the filter and turn on ‘Show Archived Goals’

As a Goal Admin you can access and change
Goal settings of a Supported Users’ Goal from
the ‘Settings’ page. To access Goal Settings click on ‘Edit Mode’ and click on the settings icon
next to the Goal name. From here you can:
• Change the Goal Name
• Add/change the Description
• Add/change the audio description
• Add/change the Goal Picture (if you leave this it will take a picture from a Goal Task)
• Hide Tasks from other users (useful for
Group Goals)
• Change the Goal Category
• Delete the Goal
TIP: Make sure you click ‘Save’ after making
changes

As an Account Holder you can easily mass add or change Goal Categories for your users’ Goals via the Account Holder Panel interface:
1. Log in as an Account Holder then go tothe AH Panel
2. Click on the ‘Manage Goal Categories’ icon
3. Select Goals of specific users and then add them to the category using the drop down list.
4. Click ‘Apply’ to apply changes
NOTE: If the Category you require is not on the list please contact us to request a new category at [email protected]
