Responsibilities
Responsible for operation and maintenance of complete facilities management system,
including power generation and distribution system , air conditioning facilities, BMS system,
water supply distribution and other plumbing works.
Design Review, Supervision and monitoring of all new construction inside IBA campus.
Punch listing of MEP installations and handing over via contractor for operation and
maintenance. This year we have completed Nine (09) new facilities. Three (03) mega projects
are in commissioning phase, including 14 stories High Rise Building, AMAN TOWER.
Team member of equipment selection committee for new facilities. Direct involve in
equipment selection, pre-shipment testing and final commissioning of equipment.
Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of manpower with minimum maintenance cost
and downtime of equipment. Supervise and control maintenance contractor’s activities.
Designing and implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management System for
campus. Project started from selection of CMMS software and gathering of equipment data.
Preventive, Predictive and Reactive Maintenance are implemented via CMMS system.
Responsible for Operation and maintenance of BMS system installed in IBA. Involve in
Designing of BMS system and sequence for new high rise building.
Responsible for look after day to day performance of operation and maintenance contractors for
economical and quality maintenance of equipment and facilities. Prepare performance
evaluation chart of contractor performance and share with them for work improvement.
Inventory control for continuous and smooth operation of equipment and facilities. Prepared
list for stock items and control the utilization of these items. Prepared capital budget of
maintenance for the fiscal year 2012 -13.
Introduce Reliability Centered Maintenance concept on small scale in maintenance.

Responsibilities
Responsible for safe, reliable and economical operation of Air Conditioning Facilities in all
over the campus by proper preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance of equipment.
Optimum utilization of manpower and cost effective equipment maintenance is also core
responsibility.
Review of design drawings of MEP department, proposed by designer/consultant regarding
new construction within the campus. Propose design modification in view of construction
reliability and equipment maintenance feasibility. Recommendation share regarding new
equipment selection for project.
Monitoring of all construction activities in term of time and work quality during different
phases. All observation and recommendation regarding site installation shared with higher
management of maintenance and construction for implementation and record.
Review of all final construction documentations including final punch list, operation and
maintenance manual of new installation, spare parts requirement and enlistment of all new
equipment in computerized facilities management system for future maintenance scheduling.
Analysis of existing HVAC equipment on the basis of equipment life, spare parts availability,
performance and service cost. Propose annual replacement plan of these equipment to manger.
Review spare part availability of all critical equipment in warehouse. Coordinate with
warehouse and purchase department to ensure timely delivery and stock of all these spares to
avoid any maintenance delay of critical patient related equipment.

Responsible to supervise Installation and Commissioning of Mechanical works for project
including HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing system.

Responsibilities
Ensure safe, effective, and continuous and fault free operation of equipment and facilities by
proper planning of utility and manpower management.
Inspection and review performance of critical equipment with defined frequency to ensure less
breakdown maintenance, unpredictable failures and to ensure standby facility of equipment.
Responsible for Service and Trouble Shooting of absorption chillers and Cooling Towers
installed for Air Conditioning System in hospital.
Control and Monitor Air Condition System of whole campus through BMS and take prompt
action in case of abnormality observed.
Supervise and assured Yearly Servicing and Maintenance of Air Conditioning Facilities,
including servicing of AHUs, Duct cleaning and disinfection, re-insulation work, calibration of
gauges etc.
Review and prompt response to all incoming Break down Maintenance activity on basis of
priority and defined procedure. Verification of job completion with ensuring proper job time
and quality.
Ensure proper understanding and implementation of JCIA “Environment of Care” instructions
and procedures including Safety Plan, Security Plan, Emergency Plan and Failure of Utility
Plan.
Schedule and execute Staff Training on Air conditioning Facilities to enhance their professional

Responsibilities
Worked as Team Head of FORTE PAKISTAN’s Installation, Commissioning and Servicing team for Mitsubishi Absorption Chillers, Hitachi Chillers and Robur Gas Fired Chillers.
Supervise and Quality Assured the Installation Jobs of Absorption Chillers by subcontractors, including water piping, gas piping and insulation on chillers as per manufacturer’s standards.
Responsible to manage all Installation/Commissioning requirements for chillers, including Manpower management, Material management and Time management.
Chillers Commissioning and monitoring the Performance of newly installed chillers and submission of commissioning report to consultant and manufacturer.
Preparation of Installation/Commissioning documentation and procedures as recommended by manufacturer. Also provided technical assistance to customers regarding Chiller’s Integrated System for economical, safe and smooth operation of chillers.
Supervise Yearly Service & Maintenance of Absorption Chillers on site including tube cleaning, Solution Sampling, Addition of inhibitors, Fuel adjustment, flow adjustment, Verification of safeties etc.
Trouble Shooting on Absorption Chillers as per condition and requirement. Job executed on the basis of observations, personal experience and manufacturer’s recommendations.
Supervise installation, assembling and commissioning of Cooling Towers (Kuken, Japan). Also carried yearly maintenance of cooling towers as per contract.
Design review and material take-off of HVAC projects and coordinate with site contractor for quality and timely execution of project. Prepare project handing over documents.
Assist senior design engineer regarding preparation of tender documents including material take-off, costing of project and other documented requirements.
Involved in marketing, installation and commissioning of 5 USRT gas fired Robur Chillers in all over the Pakistan.

Responsibilities
Working as Group Head in Technical Department to execute and monitor the “Maintenance Management System” (MMS) for the smooth, fault free and continues running of the plant.
Carry out plant inspection and forward recommendations on the basis of such inspection, as "Predictive Maintenance" works.
