How do you use Simix Cleaner on carpets? Simix is a powder that dissolves easily in hot water.
Is Simix hypoallergenic? Yes. Simix has been laboratory tested and found to be completely hypoallergenic.
Does Simix Cleaner have a scent? No, Simix Cleaner does not have a fake, perfume scent.It is fragrance free. But it leaves rooms smelling better, because it removes microbes and molds that cause bad odors and prevents them from coming back.
Will Simix Cleaner make my stinky bathroom smell better? Yes. Simix Cleaner works wonders on bathroom odors, because Simix has a high pH. Simix kills the bacteria that cause odors, and Simix’s high pH makes it impossible for bacteria to come back with continued use.
Does Simix Cleaner leave behind a residue? Simix is a powder that dissolves in water. It does not leave behind a sticky film residue like liquid cleaners.
Why does Simix have a high pH? Germs live and grow on surfaces that have a pH level between 4.8 and 9.2. While most cleaning products are pH neutral, Simix Cleaner has a pH of 11.4, which is extremely hostile to germs and bacteria. The high pH in Simix Cleaner helps break down dirt, grime and grease in carpets.
With Simix, you can easily maintain a clean environment that does not support germ growth.
How much carpet can you clean with a pouch of Simix Cleaner? You can make up to 256 gallons of cleaner with one pouch.
If the carpet is lightly soiled, use one small scoop of Simix per gallon of hot water.
If carpet is heavily soiled, use up to 4 small scoops per gallon of hot water.
If the carpet is extremely soiled, use 4 small scoops per gallon of hot water.
To pre-spray stains before cleaning, mix 1 or 2 small scoops of Simix Cleaner per gallon of hot water in your backpack pump-up sprayer. Spray stains.Let cleaner soak for 10 minutes and then clean.
