LOGISTICS MANAGEMENTLogistics management has as its principal objective generating

considerable savings for its clients in the final results of the operations,

with high quality throughout the whole performance of the process,

from point of origin to destination, for importation as well as exportation.

We possess expertise principally in project cargo,

performing an evaluation of the logistics performance of high level

feasibility, inclusively the realization of BIDs, gains projections,

and, finally, the elaboration and issuance of the

necessary reports for controlling the whole operation.

INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT

TRANSPORT AND TERMINALS

Aerial and maritime transport, for importation as well as exportation,

with the structure to perform pick-up/delivery of merchandise

(Door-to-Door), performing all the shipping logistics.

To this end, we rely on trained and highly qualified personnel, maintaining the

logging of follow-up constant throughout every stage of the process. In order

to guarantee broader reach in our network of agents, in addition to

direct agents, we are part of an international network called

WCA(World Cargo Alliance), thereby enabling us to offer

competitive fees and high quality partners throughout the world.

Road transport for importation and exportation, as well as cabotage,

for maritime and aerial cargo with the following characteristics:

DTA, FCL, LCL and exceeding loads. In the whole national territory,

with base at the Santos Port, and the Guarulhos and Campinas Airports.

We rely on a prepared fleet, 100% traceable, in order to attend the diverse

logistics segments, among them electronic, complying with the most

rigorous Risk Management Plans. We also possess the following

certifications: ANVISA, SASSMAQ, Army, and ISO 9001.

The terminal services comprise stuffing and unloading of containers,

storage, and pre-stacking services.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCECustoms clearance consists in the clearance of imported or exported

merchandise through the required bureaucratic procedures before

the organs involved, where the exactitude of all the data informed

by the client will be verified with regards to the merchandise.

Within this context, we point out the clearance of importation and

exportation in the following modalities: maritime, aerial, and road.

Inclusively, the issuance of exportation documentation,

such as Certificates of Origin, invoices, and shipping lists.

CUSTOMS ADVISORY AND CONSULTANCY Customs Advisory, in addition to issuance of any expert report,

also consists in the performance and technical follow-up of issues

related to foreign trade. The Customs Consultancy comprises the

realization of studies of feasibility for attending cargo and/or the

projects of importers and exporters. Within this context, we point

out the formatting of detailed descriptions of merchandise and its

fiscal classification; ex-tariffs; importation and exportation of new

and used equipment; drawback and special procedures such

as admission and temporary exportation, re-exportation

and re-importation; and customs warehousing, among others.
