We will talk about how much God loves us and doing all kinds of heart activities. “Cookie The Bear” Hannah Curren is the lucky birthday girl that gets to have Cookie as a guest on her birthday! Happy birthday! Classroom News The students have been fascinated with our unit on dinosaurs. They are eagerly learning the names and characteristics of many of them. This week we’ve concentrated on the triceratops, stegosaurus, brontosaurus and the T-Rex. The students had fun pretending to be paleontologists and dig for fossils in the sand. Ask them to tell you some facts that we have learned about each dinosaur. You can also learn some facts hanging on our hallway walls! We will be having our classroom Valentine’s party at 1:30pm on Tuesday, February 14 th . We are asking that you only have your child sign their name on their Valentine’s (please DO NOT have them address each one). We have 22 students in our class. There are 9 boys and 13 girls. You can send your child’s Valentine’s with them on Monday or Tuesday of Valentine’s week. Each student will pass them out in their Valentine mailbags the day of our party. A big thank you to our room moms and helpers who are working hard to make our party a success!
