PROFILE
I’m a final year student studying Business Management with over three years’ experience in customer service. My employment experience has allowed me to develop clear communication and negotiation skills. I currently work at Teamsport which is an indoor Go Karting Track based in Bermondsey. Selling merchandise such as Racing Helmets, Gloves and memberships relates to one of my responsibilities working for this company. Working part time has allowed me to become use to working under pressure to stick to deadlines to ensure our customers receive first class customer service.

Achievements: Participating with my manager towards products that are advertised for sale at the front of the shop floor. I contributed towards security measures to make sure we were not victims of clothing being stolen.
