This is an analysis of the most common deficiencies cited in Family Child Care Homes when violations are cited during a Comprehensive Inspection Visit.

This analysis involved a sampling of Comprehensive Visit reports (Random Annual, 5 Year Visit & Required Visit) from all 13 of the Child Care Program Regional Offices.

The sample of reports reviewed included a total of 10 reports from each Regional Office for a total review of 130 FCCH Comprehensive Visit Inspection Reports where citations were issued. A total of 635 individual citations were reviewed for this analysis.
