Elegir una alimentación variada, esto asegura el consumo de todos los nutrientes necesarios para el mantenimiento de tu salud. Comer todos los días alimentos de todos los grupos, para asegurar una dieta variada y sana.Incluir en la alimentación 5 racionesde frutas y verduras para garantizar una buena salud.Respetar las horas de comida; recordando que como mínimo hay que hacer tres comidas al día, aunque lo ideal son cincocomidas: desayuno, merienda a media mañana, comida, merienda y cena.Moderar el consumo de comidas rápidas como pizza, hamburguesas, patatas fritas, refrescos y chuches. Son alimentos queaportan grandes cantidades de azúcar, sal y grasas saturadas, elementos que se recomienda consumir de forma ocasional, debidoa su relación con algunas enfermedades como obesidad, diabetes e hipertensión¡¡Disfrutar de la comida!!!, compartir los tiempos de comida con tu familia y/o amigos. No existen alimentos buenos, ni malos... loque existen son malos hábitos de alimentación. Todos los alimentos pueden formar parte de una alimentación sana y equilibrada,si se respetan las pautas de la pirámide de los alimentos. Evitar el picoteo entre comidas. El picoteo no es saludable, y si es posible hay que evitarlo. Se debe escoger alimentos mássaludables, como frutos secos, fruta o yogur.Tomar suficiente agua a lo largo del día, especialmente antes de practicar algún deporte. Realizar al menos 60 minutos deactividad física al día. Dormir como mínimo 8 horas al día. Ayuda al rendimiento escolar del alumno.Reducir el número de horas de aparatos tecnológicos ( Tablet, móvil, portátiles….)Tener buenas prácticas de higiene (lavarse las manos antes de manipular los alimentos, antes de comer, lavarse los dientesdespués de comer…)
