TRASPORTO:

RECLAMI

PAGAMENTI:

DELIVERY TERMS:

Date of delivery is the day on which the goodsare ready f or dispatch from the factory. TRANSPORTS:

Products are normally delivered ex-factory. Even if the goods are delivered door-to-door, products travel at purchaser's risk. In case of damage (partial or total)customers are requested to proceed directly with the forwarder agent by writtenletter of complaint.

CLAIMS

Any claim on the quantity/quality of the delivered pieces has to be made within 8da ys b y wr itten letter of complaint.

REPLACEMENTS:

All replacements have to be requested by written form and authorized from ourcompany. No retum of goods will be accepted without previus written.

GUARANTEE:

We guarantee the quality of our products and will substitute free of charge thoseitems that will be recognized as defective. Nothing can be claimed for repayment ofcustomer's repair. Luigi Monteleone s.r.l. does not guarantee any at its productswhen wrongly handled or installed.

PAYMENTS:

Payments cannot be dela yed or suspended even in case of claims notified withindue time. Delay of payment entitles us to demand full payment, applying thepenalty at existing bank rate + 3 points increasing and interrupt outstandingdeliveries without notice.

PROPERTY:

Should the goods be delivered before payment by the purchaser of all amounts duearising from the contract, the goods remain the property of the supplier until fullpayment has been made, that is to say, where this is permitted by the law of thecountry in which the goods are. Should the law concerned not permit proprietorialrights, but grant the supplier other rights of reservation of the goods, the supplieris empowered to e xercise all of the said rights.
