Collaboration3

▪ Distributed team members

▪ Multiple tools

▪ Multiple channels of communication

For example with a small project team of three or five

people where the formula, N(N-1)/2, calculates the

possible channels of communication1:

3(3-1)/2 = 3(2)/2 = 6/2 = 3

5(5-1)/2 = 5(4)/2 = 20/2 = 10
