• This overview will guide you through the process to access, search for, and enroll in a health plan on MNsure

Getting Started: • Go to MNsure.org • Select Individual

or Small Group market

• Find a plan or create account to start enrollment process

Create an Account: • Provide and

confirm identity information

• Create user name, password, security questions, etc. to complete account set up

Find a Plan: • Enter zip code

and ID person(s) looking for coverage

• Choose medical plans, dental plans or both

• Select plan details and filter through options

Enroll / Confirm: • Verify ID

information • Choose plans to

compare • Enroll in the plan

you want • Confirm and pay

for first month to MNsure or the carrier
