PeaceBox: MINDFULNESS ON THE MOVE (TM) will partner with your organization to design and deliver a customized Mindfulness training program to meet the goals of your organization. We offer 3 packages with a minimum 1-month on site. An initial consultation meeting will help us determine the best offerings for your overall goals. Peace Box will measure progress and impact of the training through a pre and post assessment delivered to participants online. Organization can use assessment data to assess the effectiveness of the training and to inform future trainings.
According to the American Institute for Stress, the cost of stress in the American workplace is estimated at almost $300 billion annually due to absenteeism, lower productivity, and rising health care costs. However, these costs can be avoided. Stacy Thrash is a former corporate sales manager, certified meditation teacher, and a Co-Active (CTI) Professional Executive & Life Coach.
She understands first-hand the stressful triggers inherent in modern day work environments and how Mindfulness training can reduce stress having spent 30 years in corporate sales management at some of the largest global education companies. She is now a certified meditation teacher with the McLean Meditation Institute and teaches virtually and in-person at places like the Meditation Bar, Mecca Gym & Spa, Lake Austin Spa in addition to private individual and group sessions. She is the creator of Clearing Meditations, LLC, Owner/President of Peace Box, LLC. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M.
