Court after she was convicted of child negligence of her threesons aged between three to six. The case revealed thatKwoks three sons were battered and seriously malnourishedby her for years. As a result, all three boys were suffered fromdevelopmental delays, both physically and mentally, with the

youngest one even suffered from cerebrum paralysis.

Although Kwok asked for leniency of sentencing from the judgeby revealing her tragic childhood, that she was abandoned byher mother when she was one, and she was ill-treated by herfather, and she was also dumped by all three fathers of hersons, the judge was not convinced as sufficient reasons for hercriminal behavior.
