Deborah Allen’s "Mega Learning with a Twist" As the President of Mega Learning with a Twist, Deborah Allen provides organizations and teens internationally with a program that creates a dynamic space for innovation, learning, and positive change. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Sociology from Texas Women’s University in Denton, TX. Her workshops on creativity incorporate an experiential learning environment springing from her expertise as a certified Life Coach. Deborah conducts one-on-one life improvement sessions and also teaches advanced life skills for teens. The teen workshop sessions highlight challenges, opportunities, and issues. The teens discuss working as a group and issues such as changing self-defying characteristics and other areas of concern. The program covers opportunities to improve relationships and self- esteem. Items discussed are subjects important for teen growth including professionalism, communication and conflict resolution. Examples of workshop topics are "Creating the Right Attitude" and "Relationships Matter." These exercises help teens grow emotionally and gain insight within, and incorporate the skills learned to improve their academic work and have better relationships with friends, peers, adults, and authority figures.

Deborah Allen’s "Mega Learning with a Twist"

As the President of Mega Learning with a Twist, Deborah Allen provides organizations and teens internationally with a program that creates a dynamic space for innovation, learning, and positive change.

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Sociology from Texas Women’s University in Denton, TX.

Her workshops on creativity incorporate an experiential learning environment springing from her expertise as a certified Life Coach. Deborah conducts one-on-one life improvement sessions and also teaches advanced life skills for teens.

Deborah Allen developed this program for teens between ages of 12 – 15 in 20 plus years of business and customer relations and training. She has worked endless hours with children, teens, and adults through volunteering her services at churches, daycares, and within non-profit organizations. She is the President of the Mega Learning with a Twist and works and resides in the State of Texas.
