Our R&D centre is continually looking for ways to improve
existing products and provide our customers with innovative medium
voltage solutions.
HEDRICH vacuum resin casting system is used to manufacture upper
and lower parts of enclosure for SF6 load-break switch, post
insulators, capacitive divider insulators, busbar and spout
bushings as well.
The Company has two sheet metal production divisions, in
Lappeenrantaand in St Petersburg, equipped with Finn Power CNC
machines.
IT-Line Oy has designed and supplied for us two assembly lines
for manufacturing va- cuum circuit-breakers and SF6 load-break
switches, based on the principles of lean produc-tion.

Metal-enclosed switchgear Volga is designed for 50 Hz
three-phase AC electric power distribution with rated voltage up to
24 kV. It is used mainly at the primary level of electric power
distribution by many power plants and grid companies, industrial
enterprises and infrastructure facilities.
The switchgear Volga is of LSC2B-PM type as defined by IEC
62271-200. The medium voltage parts are compartmented using
metallic partitions and shutters which are connected to earth. We
can manufac-ture full custom switchgear to suit project

Vacuum circuit-breaker series VF is the synthesis of modern
construction prin-ciples and cutting age technologies of
circuit-breaker manufacturing. The breaker can be installed in both

The modular panel Onega is suitable for secondary distribution
level as well as industrial substations and other ap-plications,
allowing for high flexibility and customizable configuration based
on project requirements. It has fea-tures that allow for an easy
expansion of previously installed MV distribution switchboard.
Load break switch series SL is designed for indoor medium
voltage modular panels, adopted SF6 gas as breaking and insula-tion
medium. The operating mechanism connecting the load break
switch/discon-nector and earthing switch guarantees a safe
operational sequence. The epoxy resin enclosure ensures good
insulation and resistance to moisture and environmental
pollution.
There are three types of operating mechanisms: manual version,
fuse-switch, motor operation.

This results in shorter cycles than finished switchgear products,

mech-anism (magnetic actuator) is the result of Eltechnika’s
independent research and development. Simple structure, long life,
