In reply to Mr. Dimsdale, Mr. BRUCE said he should be glad if it were in his power to bring in a Bill this session for the prevention of the pollution of rivers by sewage, but he was pressed for time, and, moreover, he had not yet received the report of the Commissioners. LUNATICS AND HABITUAL DRUNKARDS. Mr. DALRYMPLE moved for and obtained leave to bring in a Bill to amend the Law of Lunacy, and to provide for the management of habitual drunkards.
