MCP MESSAGEDear Applicant,

Almost one year ago I was in your place taking the challenge of be a MCP. Now I’m sure thatwas the best decision I should take and I’m 100% that is also the right decision for you now.AIESEC is about experiences, and AIESEC in Panama is growing and making more and moreexperiences real every day, and for me the experience of lead this network forward could behighlighted on two words: Growth and Diversity.Every day AIESEC in Panama is striving for its best version and for take actions to generateexperiences that will generate change agents to our society. For this reason growth is the wordthat is present on the current organizational culture of AIESEC in Panama and the MCP 15-16will have a fundamental role keeping and improving the growth of this entity, being very actionand solution oriented, role model, and not afraid to challenge adversities and status quo.Diversity is also an always present word in MCP’s life. Panama as a country is very diverse, cosmopolitan and multicultural and AIESEC in not different. Maybe the bigger learning for theMCP is how to lead and more than it, how to make performance and development on a highdiverse network and with a high diverse team. This is the real cultural understanding andchanges completely how we see things and how we behave interpreting different points of viewand concepts.Lead the change and inspire is my everyday inspiration to keep going and I trust that youractions will lead this entity forward.
