The Master in Organizational Leadership (MOL) is a dynamic leadership program that provides a wide range of innovative skills and collaborative technologies for leading in an uncertain and constantly changing global environment. Advances in socio-technologies, organizational behavior (OB), and knowledge management (KM) frameworks are leveraged with an understanding of people and the importance of applying moral/ethical values-aligned practices, policies, and strategic goals. These values are reflected in the way decisions are made and carried out.
You will learn to apply leadership principles to real-world social problems, zeroing in on specific contemporary issues that challenge leaders in government, nonprofits, business, community, education, and religion.
Many different styles of leadership are explored as you actively engage in endeavors that have a sustainable impact in public policy and social change, encouraging you to apply your learning experience.
There are courses on social technology and public policy that will provide you with unique learning opportunities, robust participation in the American democratic process, and the rules and regulations that influence public policy. By utilizing social media in a positive way, you can influence others while better understanding yourself and your purpose in the process.
