Course Registration Period: Add-drop period
– First two weeks of term: Tuesday, 11 August (1100hrs) to Thursday, 20 August (2359hrs)
– This is the period for you to add (register) or drop (de-register) a course.
– Registration is on first-come-first-served basis via Course Registration System in GSLink.
– Deadline to register for courses is Thursday, 20 August (23:59 hrs). NTU observes this deadline very strictly.

What to do if the class you want is full?
– Inform the instructor; copy Sheree
– Hope some students drop the class
– Take other courses
– Monitor class sizes on GSLink
– Attend classes during add/drop, even if not registered — vacancies may open up

Can I drop a course after the add/drop period?
– No.
– You may withdraw and it will be reflected in official transcript with a ‘W’ (Withdrawn)grade.

To graduate, you must:
1. Complete all the requirements for the programme of study, and
2. Attain a minimum CGPA (cumulative GPA) of 2.50 (equivalent to C+ average) at the end of the programme.
Graduation Requirements

You will receive an academic warning if your TGPA (term GPA)/CGPA (cumulative GPA)< 2.50 in any semester of study.
Your study will be terminated if your TGPA < 2.50 for two consecutive semesters of study.

• Class timings (Weekday): 3 hours per course (day or night); night classes are from 6.30pm to 9.30pm

• International students who are unable to enter Singapore in time for the semester will be fully supported with e-learning.
• Academic office and/or lecturers will share the details.
• Some courses will be conducted in both online and face-to-face format while some will be 100% online.
• Due to the fluidity of the COVID-19 pandemic, lesson delivery is subject to changes.

• All courses have no examination component. All are 100% continual assessment (CA) based.
• CA may comprise group and/or individual activities (coursework).

• Students are allowed to take maximum of three cross-programme courses.
• These are considered as electives.
• Students must have minimum CGPA of 3.50 to be eligible to apply for cross programme courses.
• Awarded to top two performing students in terms of CGPA every semester.
• Awardees must have done a minimum of 3 courses in thegiven semester.
• Ineligible:– Graduating students– Students previously awarded the award
