Hello…. MD/DC CRS Chapter Applicants. Below you will find the description for each
open position and the minimum requirements for the respective position. Complete your application and submit no later than August 15, 2014.
Secretary: Minimum criteria guidelines for the position of Secretary:
1. A CRS designee in good standing of the MD/DC CRS Chapter, the CRS Council and the National Association of REALTORS®
2. The Secretary is responsible to take the Minutes at the State Chapter’s monthly meetings.
Chapter With a Heart Chair:
1. The Committee Chair must be a CRS designee in good standing with the MD/DC CRS Chapter, the CRS Council and the National Association of REALTORS®.
2. This Committee shall be responsible for coordinating the State-wide community service projects to be submitted to the Council of Residential Specialists. The Committee shall submit the Chapter With A Heart Award application to the Council of Residential Specialists and Chapter President prior to the Council’s deadline of September 1st of each year.
3. Attend the State Chapter’s monthly meetings. Membership Chair:
1. The Committee Chair must be a CRS designee in good standing with the MD/DC CRS Chapter, the CRS Council and the National Association of REALTORS®.
2. This committee’s role is to promote the attainment of the designation and assist those members in fulfilling their requirements, provide certificates to new designees and provide membership reports at monthly meetings.
3. Attend the State Chapter’s monthly meetings.
