Post on board or poster in front of classroom the name of the TA, TA Number, Type of Test, Subject Area being tested.

Position the arrangement of student seating so the backs of the students are to the testing room doors to minimize disruptions when monitors enter the testing room.

Warn TA’s about the role of test monitors so TA’s do not infringe on their responsibilities.
